So I walk in and am immediately greeted with a “welcome in can I help you with anything?” So I go over to the cashier and ask her if she has any recommendations for a cooper conditioner for my freshly colored hair. I told her my stylist recommended one but didn’t specify. The cashier immediately was like oh I can’t sell to you if you’re not a professional…I’m like I am professional I’ve been in here hundreds of times why would you think I’m not? She replied well you said your stylist…I’m like so the fact I don’t do my own hair color means I’m not a stylist? That makes no sense. Especially since what stylist can do ombre in their own hair? I can’t lol I’m pretty turned off by her immediate presumptive attitude. Be nice and polite to all people. Especially in this world. It’s not that hard and if it is maybe go find a different job.

It's the only place with the products I use, and the employees are friendly. The problem is they are pretty much a monopoly now, and yet they are out of everything all the time. Many hairstylists say the same. It's sad and really inconvenient.

This place is racist. Employee said I needed a license to shop here??? I was buying hairspray and hair mask. I have shopped here multiple times in the past and the same lady in the front with the blue hair has been the one to assist me. Do not bother spending your money in this disgrace of a beauty supply store.

This is the second time I've come here are they're closed for lunch? Not sure why you need to close for that it's never been that busy when I come in. I'm a hairdresser who's timing is everything. I came here desperate for a color and a client in salon already and this place is closed. Wtf

Out of all the professional beauty supplies this has to be my least favorite just because they aren't friendly and I followed me around the entire time last time just because I went in my pajamas still giving 4 stars because they have very good selection and prices
