Horrible service. Sent someone to pick up some stuff for me and they wouldn't let them make the purchase because the credit card didn't match! I do not recommend or will I go back to this location. I've never had an issue at any other cosmoprof even in different states!!!

The service staff is too rude and dismissive
I was there and at the time of paying they told me that I did not have a barber's license and I told them of course that if in fact I am registered in their store and they did not want to sell me the products they said that my husband was the barber
They really think that because I'm a woman I can't be a Barber.
I had to show my license to pay I really never go back.

Unfortunately CosmoProf had totally lost its personal touch and doesn’t allow their staff to treat people as people. No assistant or salon employees can use the company card to pick up materials for the salon. This is absolutely outrageous in our business, that we cannot send someone to purchase items needed. Especially in an absolute pinch on a Saturday. Can you even imagine if we treated our clients this way? Sorry but I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Terrible customer service. Lady at the front was very rude and told me I could not return a tool because I didn't purchase a protection plan. She didn't even try to look up my receipt or help me in anyway she just told me she couldn't help me and then said I hope you have a nice day in a very sarcastic tone. I went to a different store and they helped me find my receipt online. Just log in to the website not the app if this ever happens to you and you can find all your receipts! Don't bother calling customer service because you will be on hold for a very very long time and they will not help you.
