I'm light of their broken window, the bright and knowledgeable staff give me hope and pride amidst the mundane tasks of ordering products, when they actually revitalize not only something in me, but now a store that was sinking into one of the vast majority of closures so many stylists have had to face. Leaving them deflective and angry I can see how this store is going to continue to inspire me to do more of what I have been called to do and the tools to do it with! The staff including the gent with red curls are all amazing!!!

Just tried to go buy some shampoo, 3:48pm and they're already closed for the day it's Wednesday... At least change the hours online if you're not going to be open.

cosmoprof, my favorite store except this one, the manager said she couldn't find my account, this happened March 10, 2023 I have my phone number there she said we don't use it anymore you have to download the app, that's weird I said I just bought in Tucson yesterday, I gave her my email, she said it doesn't appear ,,I think you don't want to sell me, you have a bad attitude to me, she said I'm the manager, that doesn't give you permission to change the rules , I answered, I was going with my granddaughter, she only speaks sign language, and she was scared. shedidn't understand why the manager was annoyed .I spoke to the store in Tucson, to say what happens that I no longer appear, they called the manager of Cosmo she said her email is unknown, it's not fair because I'm Hispanic, she discriminated against me, she spoke Spanish very well, she was too rude

Customer service was extremely snobby towards me, I’m wearing shorts and a crop top and am mixed with black and mexican, had my babies with me. Asked me a question just to turn away before I completed responding and then upon purchasing they couldn’t locate my account and instead of being helpful they accuse me of lying about having an account. Whole demeanor changed when my Hispanic mother spoke up however. I left because I don’t spend money where I’m treated poorly. The passive aggressive attitude was very bothersome.
