The food here is always good! My biggest complaint is after they remodeled the food court, there isn't enough room to stand in line or enough space for tables to eat at. They made the space worse after the remodel.

For the second time this store sold me bad produce which leads me to believe there is an underlying problem with their means of supply. First it was Brussel sprouts that were so rancid that it literally made me want to gag when I opened the bag. I returned them for a refund. More recently, I purchased chicken thighs (non-organic) which were actually on sale, even though the expiration date was still about a week away. I came to realize over time that the entire 6 pack was tainted with at least 2 pieces of bad chicken per pouch. The color is almost like a gray color and the texture of the meat is super weird, almost like it was left out and dried out. I hate to think this but the fact that this chicken was on sale leads me to believe that they are knowingly sold rancid chicken which is sickening. I bought the chicken on Sunday November 5th and the sell by date on the package is November 18th. I don't know if this is a localized issue or what but it's unacceptable. At least the employees of the store are kind and always a joy to deal with, hence the 2 stars and not 1.

I am checking out using their phone app for my card. The cashier said I had to show him my app and card photo to checkout to make sure I am the same person. This is ridiculous it is your phone app! Have him stocking shelves instead!

Was shopping with my family and during self checkout the associate was rude. We were performing a single transaction and the associate came up to us and said that only the member can pay for the transaction. That was the plan. We told her that we understood and that this was the plan all along. She then gives us a remark that we cannot have multiple transactions. And stares at us. We told her again that we were only doing a single transaction and that the member was paying. She then proceeded to stand by us the entire time and watch our transaction. Making the process stressful. Anytime someone would get close to the kiosk she would move to get a clear view of what we were doing. And when another customer needed assistance she would yell to another associate to assist them while right next to us. Thats not customer service and it needs to be improved.

I've shopped at Costco for decades. It's always been my favorite store. Unfortunately this location has went downhill. Rude managers, untrained staff. Friday night I wasted an hour trying to get a battery due to untrained staff. Sunday, I finally got my turn at the self checkout and was told that I couldn't use it because I had too many heavy items. I asked where is the sign limiting the items? There is NO sign. I said I thought that the items would be scanned with the scanner that she and another manager had in their hands! It was just Gatorade and soda. The manager then told me that there were shorter lines to go to. There were no shorter lines so she pulled my cart to a line and told the people that I had gotten into the wrong line and could I go before them? (She knocked a bottle of Advil out of my cart and said it was no big deal. It was just one item. Do I need to buy a Costco sized Advil bottle with a cracked lid? ). Nope - I told her no thanks - I'm not cutting in front of 6 other people. I told her that since the Christown location closed, I feel like this location can not handle the volume and their service has declined. She found me again in line again and wanted to talk more. I said no thanks and had to ask her several times to leave me alone. As I stood in line twice, I saw people that changed their minds about items in their cart and placing them randomly. Refrigerated items. Ugh! The parking lot was dirty too. It reminded me of the Walmart on Thomas.

The worst Costco in Arizona! Filthy floors, dusty boxes everywhere in food areas, cool food is left out for hours at room temp. The last straw for me was at their gas pump the attendant rudely demanded I turn off my car AC, despite my engine off, battery on running the AC while my two children were inside. He instructed me then took the gas pump out of my car and said the law required my car completely off. FALSE! No such law exists, while others in the car, my car was not left unattended and for the safety of my kids in 110F weather I left and will never come back.

Came here to shop for some items store 461 Mark Manager was told everyone was on break just needed water 6 cases no one in the store available to bring up front never had a problem before last guy went to go stock coke I know it's been long day but when a woman ask for help with something that's heavy the least you can do is provide some type of customer service

Do not go to this Costco is you are lactose intolerance, vegan or if you like eating plant based. They DON'T HAVE: plant based (pb) cheese, pb yogurt, pb cream cheese. Even the beans I got were baked with bacon Won't go there to get my groceries again.

Well, i was considering getting a membership but now i never will consider it in the future. Been coming for the food in their food court for years with no membership with no problem until now. Costco even had an open food court at the christown mall for the public so dont try snd tell me its always been just for members. so good bye forever i hope you close down! Worthless place, over priced garbage anyway.

[email protected]) and basically the answer is go to the Paradise Valley location. I guess she knows it too. Quite sad. I miss the Christown location.

Super disappointed in my appliance purchase - the day of delivery the installer realized Costco put the wrong appliance on truck. 2nd day of staying home for the 4 hour window and no show/no call. While they use 3rd party installers, they certainly should have protocols/procedures that should be adhered to - to become that 3rd party installer. Finally got the appliance yesterday - a month late - NEVER AGAIN with COSTCO - good for toilet paper not so much for appliances.

Took 40 minutes for a chicken bake and a pizza ? not just that the workers are rude for no reason if u hate ur job find a new one
