I love Costco, it is my happy place. This one is equally good. My only gripe, not enough cashiers. This place is always busy and the number of cashiers is too few and they are a tad slow.

We have shopped at Costco PV for years today there was an issue over us using our Costco cards and an employee actually took the phone out of my hand. Like she physically took my phone and walked off to look up who's on the account. Called the manager immediately to let them know how stupid it is to be yelling and arguing with a customer and then take their phone out of their hand.

False advertising deceiving practices, read the fine lines, my address is on do not mail ads list yet I get a flyer in the photo saying membership with $20 sign ! Food City has best prices for fruit and vegetables and WinCo which is also a whole seller and cheap is OPEN 24 hours , Costco opens at 10 am closes 8:30 pm the parking lot is so packed ZERO chance of parking spot! Also disability parking area is full, when I went in there was a huge line for membership card which is the same as returns desk , that was a turn off right there, I watched the security guard with purple marker wasting people time just drawing a line ! When I finally get to the desk they tell me I should have read the fine lines saying the price is $65 and what the ad means is later they will post a $20 gift card. When even Frys and Walmart have free delivery free pick up , it is not worth it , also best price for groceries at Food City, 24 hour convenience at WinCo, I just thought maybe for appliances , then Best Buy out let is just across the street, so the parking lot packed means too many people inside too many lines, and chance of getting Corona too , and for tires battery oil change 19 Ave and Bell Rd Walmart has free service, also for eye Center Walmart on Bell Rd and Tatum is the cheapest of all eye centers

Costco is going downhill. Employees do not seem to be as friendly and helpful as in the past. Wonder if it is the new management.
