⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Shoutout to Kevin at the Costco Tire Center!
I had a fantastic experience at the Costco Tire Center thanks to Kevin! He went out of his way to help me with my car when I needed assistance after purchasing a battery from Costco. His professionalism, kindness, and willingness to lend a hand really stood out.
Kevin was friendly, efficient, and clearly cares about helping customers and his job — the kind of service that keeps people coming back. Costco is lucky to have him!
Thank you, Kevin, for making what could have been a stressful situation so much easier.

ALSO BUYER BEWARE!!! They are running a scam. They make their warranty program for their batteries seem like a replacement program but that’s not the case. I got a cheap faulty battery from them and had to pay $80 for a new one. Zero point in giving your money to these people. They have an excuse for everything.

One of my tire sensors came on today after getting my tires rotated a few days ago. Kevin stopped and took the time to help me fill my tires and make sure I was good to go. I really appreciated this and his kindness!

This is my go to spot to inflate my tires. Bought tires at Costco 2 years ago. Twice had to have tires repaired due to embedded nails, for free of course!

The customer service at this location is terrible! Especially Dan in the administrative office. My daughter is stuck in the parking lot with a flat tire and needs to get it fixed.. instead of figuring out how to help us as members of Costco, he was lazy and decided to do nothing to help us. Unbelievable, horrible customer service

While they are nice and polite, EVERY TIME I have visited the tire shop I have had to wait 30 minutes just in line to speak to someone. They keep just 1 person working the desk and it’s terrible.

THEY SAVED MY LIFE - the Costco tire center went above and beyond for me this weekend!! An employee with the name tag “Fernando” helped me and saved me from a dead battery in the middle of the AZ summer.
I was SOL and without the help of Fernando and the Costco Gas Attendants I would probably still be in that parking lot…
So helpful, great prices, can’t beat it !!

I've had many sets of tires through Costco. On 3 occasions I have attempted to use their warranty or mileage guarantee. Every single time, they have been able to find a way to not cover the tire(s)or tell me to contact the manufacturer and make their their problem. "You didn't rotate tires with us every 5k miles so the mileage guarantee is void". "Yeah, the tire belt or tread separated, but you only had 5/32nds left so its not covered"
110% worthless warranty. Spend the extra money and use discount tire.
