The lady at the front desk was super sweet and very helpful! Also check out was later than most places so that's a bonus!

We stayed at this hotel the night before a flight. It was definitely no-frills. The biggest issue I had with the hotel was I noticed they only partially refunded my deposit and when I called to inquire about it, they said it was because there were damaged washcloths. The only damage to the washcloth would’ve been maybe some make up that washes right off so I highly dispute this claim,. Needless to say, I will never stay here again.

Nice clean rooms. Appreciated the phone call asking our ETA. Loved the 12pm check out.

Every floor smelled and looked bad including the lobby. All the floors had paint spills and drips, everywhere was under remodeling.
My key didn't work 2xs as I had to lug my luggage up and down the gross tiny elevator. My TV only allowed the Weathet Channel and the only employee working that afternoon/evening, had to work the front desk and only offered to leave a note for the next shift to help fix or put online the TV.
The free breakfast wasn't great either. The smell of every floor and the lobby/eating area made it so I had to carry it to my room. Soggy sausage links and eggs, a long line for making waffles and cold cereal. I was hoping for a healthy option like fresh fruit, even a banana, but there wasn't anything healthy. The coffee was okay
The room wasn't soundproof as it states. The early evening and the early morning I had to listen to workers remodeling the room across from mine.
The smell, the paint and suppl7es everywhere, the zero healthy breakfast, and forced to watch only the Weathet Channel with the desk not even calling the cable company, all sucked. The 2 evenings I got to swim alone in their pool was nice. They're not all that close to the airport. Their shuttle service driver was awesome

It takes a LOT for me to write a bad review. But, what the heck? This has never happened to me before and I travel frequently. I booked my room through Hotels.com about five hours before attempting to check-in. Within 30 minutes, the hotel calls me to confirm my booking. Great! That’s not a problem. When my husband and I get to the hotel, they tell us that they are out of rooms except for one room that doesn’t have air conditioning. It was 115 degrees today in Phoenix. They said they could refund me but didn’t show any empathy. I would have loved to have stayed here, especially since the price was under $100 per night. But, we were left without a hotel room. We are from Charlotte and took an Uber to get to from the airport to the hotel. We didn’t have a way to travel to another hotel that was comparable in price. Fortunately, there was a Courtyard right next door. I unfortunately had to pay $60 more per night, but at least they had room. NOT HAPPY. Do not overbook your rooms, and then not offer to help us find another solution. It was 1:20am. The non air conditioned room should have least been offered at a discounted rate to show they at least pretend to care.

If the bed bugs don't bother you and drug deals don't bother you then look no further! Floors are filthy and rooms smell rancid! Not to mention the price for this per night is a complete waste of time!
Rooms: Rancid smells, topped off with hints of cigarette smell. Floors are filthy!
Safety: Drug deals in the buildings and parking lot.

What a GREAT FIND****(hidden gem) Cannot be beat for Dollar to Amenities value stay. Longer stays or 1 night welcome.
*3.5* Star Hotel and Staff for a *2* Star motel price.
CENTRALLY located in North Phoenix. FAST and EASY PARKing for all. Very HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE FROM LOT TO ROOMS as well as all ENTRY AND EXITs especially on first floor. Very spacious rooms. With a lot of room and nice placement for storage. Sqft² is wildly larger than I thought possible. Looks simple and typically unimpressive on the outside with a neutral and basic oversized concrete architecture. The Landscaping and lot are kept up and WELL protected/looked after. Although the outside is not very inviting physically, in terms of design, the staff is super friendly and inside is much nicer. extremely understanding and very normal people, people behind the desk and servicing rooms. Only downside is laundry's 6$ per was and dry. (3$wash3$dry)it is PET FRIENDLY WITH A $25PER ANIMAL fee for dog or cat.
. Lot EVEN fits a few Big Rig Semi's OR GIANT TRUCKS in empty GRAVEL lot next door.. SURPRISINGLY QUIET even though It is close to freeway, Walgreens, Fry's, TARGET, Circle K, Denny's, Waffle House all within half a mile and or WALKING Distance in 10 min or less. Movie theater and outdoor shopping center .65mikes away. Elevator and luggage cart available for this 3 floor city getaway. Like I said can't beat it for the price unless u rent a room in someone's home.
Rooms: Oversized floorplans with a new modern feel. TV's are 2008 flat screens but everything else is up to date. Ironing board and break away shower head in a huge really nice shower. Water looks feels And is drinkable. Completely awesome for a month or two if need be in a pinch. Staff is lovely bit eccentric but in a grand way. Love this hotel
Nearby activities: Strip mall
Safety: 6.5 out of 10....10 being a police station....there is one a few blocks away and dmv right about a block down. So it very safe.
Walkability: Gas statiknd, Denny's and Waffle House 2 to 3 blocks, target and a whole strip mall. Movie theater and a ton of 3-4 star restaurants
Food and drinks: Yup lots
Noteworthy details: This place is great.

Stayed here 2 nights 2/17-18, 2024. The room was reasonably clean but had a rather musty odor and is pretty dated. Breakfast is a standard continental breakfast with eggs, sausage, toast/waffles etc. but the juice machine wasn't working. Service at check in was good. Hotel is very close to airport but not much else (restaurants, etc.).

My son and I both got food poisoning and were throwing up. Breakfast was disgusting and checked in at 1:30am and only one king bedroom was available. The man at the front desk told us we’d be able to move to 2 queen beds next day. They charged us an extra $67.45 when reservation was for 2 adults. They nickel and dime you for everything so be careful. Wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone

I’m sorry but two out of 5 stars is all I can give it only thing that I love is that the location is right next to the airport. The staff didn't come tidy up our rooms or anything and I been here since Sunday it’s now Tuesday! The breakfast has been the same for the past two days nothing changed same eggs and sausage no new cereal or anything smh. I paid over $550 for my stay and I feel like I’m at a motel ! I’m not happy about my stay at all for the rates we pay it needs a lot of room for improvement! Soon as I walked in my room from check in the room smelt so bad I had to get room spray from bath and body works! Shower curtain was ripped and hanging on by a thread overall I’m disappointed !

Really bad problem with the room keys. Stayed two nights, and had to go to the desk to have the keys reprogram them Everytime we left the room. A total of seven times.

What a great experience! I was stuck due to a flight cancelation. They got me checked in early, a lyft from the airport and all with friendly service! Location is clean and convenient. If you need a place to stay near the airport, this is the place!
