Location is great for getting into town quickly. Im not a fan of RV camping in town but the large shade trees are worth it. It's located in an iffy part of town but I get no issues the last two times we stay. Kept up nice

This is a decent RV park with trees, a definate plus in phoenix in the summer time. Spaces can take a 40 ft trailer with a good amount of space between trailers. There is a pool and laundry. You have to pay for your own power. They do have 50 amp service. The only caviot is hwy noise.

Neighborhood isn't that great but it seems all the riff raff status out of the park. Quiet for the most part
