When I ordered the part for an iPhone 14, they said it would be "3-5 business days" for the part to come in. A week later and no call. So, I called and they said they had the part and meant to call. That day, I drop the phone off for the "one hour install" of said part and they said they'd call me when complete. 3 hours later, no call back. I called them and the repair was complete. So two promises to call but they didn't.

Needed a new battery for my phone. Parts were not in stock so it took a few days to get the battery in. Once it arrived I received a phone call to drop by anytime for installation. Phone was ready and working perfectly when promised.

I was so satisfied with their service that I even referred my girlfriend a year later for a battery replacement, which also went smoothly.
