Overall, I was pleased with the customer service at CPR. I went to other repair stores that estimated I would have to pay anywhere from $250-300 for the repair to my phone. At CPR, I only ended up paying a little over $90. They were friendly, efficient, and reasonably priced and went the extra mile in trying to fix the problem without ordering a new part. The only thing preventing a five star rating is that they initially ordered the wrong part for my repair, so the service took an extra week than originally expected. I don't think that would be a common issue for most, though. Other than that, I would highly recommend.

I've worked and repaired PCs, never cellphones as they were too small and I sometimes have tremors due to my ADHD meds. They did excellent with my s22 ultra and the screen wasn't too badly damaged as I had an awesome screen protector on it. They had this done in about 50 minutes. To walk you through, they have to air heat the phone, slowly disconnect ribbon cables and replace the screen and put new adhesive on it and they did amazing given how quick they did it in. The under the screen fingerprint sensor is working and the screen is going smooth again. Thank you CPR.

I have been here two times and the customer service has been outstanding. Most recently, I had Dirk help me patiently and with a smile and had me on my way quickly. Thank you guys for being so clutch, patient, and service-oriented. I'm sure I'll be here again!

Took phone to have screen fixed and got the phone back with a camera that wouldnt work, it constantly popped open the Internet browser I dont use and tell me it it has 99 tabs already open. When talking on the phone it would cut in and out. T-Mobile was going to replace it as a warranty and when I brought it in to exchange they wouldn't do it cause apparently the sticker to signify if it had gotten wet was gone! The insurance company finally replaced the phone this place broke the phone more then what we brought them. I also called them about the problem and they hung up on me and then wouldn't answer the phone when I called back. Just outrageous..

Went to T-Mobile on the Ave and Thomas to get my s22 looked at. The charging port wasn't doing its thing. They were very helpful and connected me with the insurance for the phone. The automated system was a train wreck. In frustration, I hung up and looked for the closest repair facility to me (CPR central). They couldn't have been nicer! Took a quick look, realized it was a simple fix, handled it...then didn't charge me! "Cleanings are free" Great customer service, clean and friendly! Do it the way it should. They will be my first choice for any electronic repair I need!

Took an Xbox to be repaired as an hdmi input broke off into the Xbox port. They had it fixed in 3 business days and it cost $90. Before I researched and found this place, I walked into an Asurion and was quoted $220 for the repair. I clearly walked out of there immediately. CPR is trustworthy and reliable. 2 weeks later, no issues with Xbox and it is consistently used. Highly recommend.

I paid CPR $80 to replace my cell phone's battery. After the replacement, I noticed the battery was loose and shifting around as I turned the phone from side to side. 4 weeks later, when my phone went completely dead, I returned to the store (45 min drive) and asked the person at the front desk if he could take a look and see what was going on. The person at the front desk said I would have to leave the phone at the store and he might be able to get to it in a few hours. I explained the situation with the loose battery ever since CPR did the replacement, so I feel it was unacceptable the employee did not prioritize my situation and take a quick look, especially since CPR was at fault for the no good repair. Frustrated and unable to go the rest of the day (or who knows how long) without a phone, I left the store to purchase a new phone.I felt like the loose battery was what caused my phone to go dead, so I took the phone apart later that evening. Turns out, CPR did not use adhesive when they replaced my battery (they also replaced it with a refurbished battery btw), so the sliding around caused severed connection from my battery to the circuit board (see attached pictures). I called the store to explain the situation, but was told the replacement was no longer under warranty because of the no good repair. At this point, I don't care about the warranty and the money, and I understand mistakes can happen during a repair, but I think the lack of service and accountability when I returned to the store with a repair that was no good was totally unacceptable.

My wife needed a new screen on her Samsung phone & almost everyone around town wanted twice what CPR wanted. They had to order the screen because it`s impossible to stock everything for every phone that`s out there & that was no problem for us & CPR called us when the part was there & we brought in for repair. We went to lunch & walked around for a little while & the phone was as good as new again. if you don`t go to CPR for all your electronic repair needs, then your simply paying too much & CPR`s service is great. We will for sure be repeat customers for all our future electronic repairs.

CPR made it easy! This no nonsense shop had the screen protector I needed and installed it in a flash.
