This place is horrible I purchased a charger that was $40 so post to be a fast charger didn't work for my phone obviously was not compatible to my phone but the sales person insisted that it would work went back the next day they refused to give me a refund or find me a charger that was compatible to my phone said it was my phone but is clearly not the truth being that I have a fast charger at work that charges my device within less then an hour this people our crooks robbing people around the holidays I work hard for my money & not to mention this location always has horrible customer service the few times I have visited

Had a very pleasant experience. Ruben was a huge help, very patient and very funny. He definitely went beyond in order to help me with my problem.

I came in to buy a phone with a phone case, I was greeted by an employee but was immediately uncomfortable when I saw another employee give the girl a dirty look. It was my first time there and was truly disappointed. The other employee was a big girl with long hair and when I looked at her name tag it said she was an assistant manager. Is this who you want running your store? What if she looked at a customer like that? How would you make sales? The big girl shouldn’t be making dirty faces to colleagues that are just doing their job. If this isn’t resolved when I come back in a month then I’ll take it to corporate.
