The first time I went I had a bad experience and my phone didn't work for days till I could make it back to the store I bought a phone for my daughter and had her line added to mine and IDK what they did but my phone didn't work. I went back and they fixed the problem. Now this time I went last week and bought a phone for myself and the girl was nice but didn't give me many options of phones. I was due for an upgrade but had to go for a cheaper one. I told her I saw the offers on phones on the cricket site but she wouldn't budge. I saw the motostylus for 49 and she said no they didn't have any of them that I was looking for. She then offered me an 80 dollar phone and said it was the only one and the only color. It's a Motorola but not what I wanted and I still don't understand why I couldn't get the offers that were on the site. I broke it down to she just wanted to get rid of this phone by all means necessary. I guess that's how it works there. I understand I am on a budget but I also had offers from cricket before at other stores I never had a problem just this one and I have been with cricket since they first started and never had problems except for this store

The woman working a shift on Tuesday November 14 at around 5 was awful. My dad wanted to get a cheap phone to use. He went by himself the day before and met her and explained that to her. She kept trying to push expensive phones on him and he told her that they break easily because of he works in construction and can’t afford buying new phones constantly. She replied “Then you should take care of it better”. She was very condescending to us when we would ask questions. There was a younger worker there, probably a teenager, and she would speak to him in an awful manner in front of customers!We ended up not getting a phone there because the boy would tell us it’s a discounted price and the woman would tell us it’s the retail price. I asked if we can just get one from walmart. She seemed very upset we wouldn’t buy from there and told us we could but we have to bring it to the shop so they can activate and charge us. My dad and I got a phone from walmart that was around 40 dollars, and I inserted the sim card myself and the phone number transferred. I did not need to go back so they can “activate” it. Thank you for your bad customer service because it saved us 200 dollars.

I can say I had bad experiences before at other locations so I started to go to different locations and so far I'm in love with this location i don't feel like a customer I feel like family the 2 girls that work there (hopefully theses are there names & spelled correctly) Dulce and Andrea they are awesome always helping me out if I have a problem or answering my questions I LOVE THIS CRICKET!!!

I called the store to see if they had any IPhone 13 pro cases. The girl said “yes.” So i walk there and they didn’t have any cases, she charged me $54.29 and none of the cases FIT. I’m still waiting for my money back in my acct. I’d like my $54.29 back. And if you don’t know which cases fit which phones maybe you shouldn’t be working in the phone business….PERIOD

I have been here several times and it is closed, it is supposed to say on the schedule that it should be open but it is always closed. And then one of the girls who attends comes in and closes the door and doesn't let me in to make my payment, so what is it about?

Sold us a bad phone, phone heats up. Would not return, even if on the receipt says will refund before 7 days. Give you the run around. Calling customer service is a joke. Bad service all the way around. DOMT FO TO THE STORE ON CENTRAL AND BASELINE!! IF I COULD GIVE negative stars i wouñd!!
