I have been very happy with cricket service. I needed a new phone, but just a basic Samsung. The guy set me up, and I left with a working phone. It even came with a case and screen protector. Spent what I should have.

Wonderful customer service. I switched from Metro PCS to Cricket today and I am very pleased. My customer service rep today was a woman named Ariana. She is polite, knowledgeable, and fast! Typically when I go to a provider to switch services or even an upgrade I am usually in the store for at least 1 hour. She had my device activated, number switched, screen protector and case on within 30 minutes!
I first visited the store at 10 am. I am unsure of the woman's name who first helped me and gave me a quote. The charger port on my previous phone was broken and has been a pain to get it to charge. She was assisting me with charging my device but it wasn't working out so well. So, I went home to see what I could do. (They needed the account number and a pin which I did not have at the time.) She was wonderful as well. I would have gone back to her since she is the one who gave me the quote the first time but she was with another customer.
Either way I had a great experience from both of the customer service reps! I will be returning to this location in the future for all my device needs from now on! They both deserve a raise!!

This store location has the very best customer service! Andrew helped me because I had to purchase a new phone, while trying to get mine repaired. He was extremely nice over the phone and even nicer in person. I needed specific help and Andrew was able to accommodate me. He's very knowledgeable and patient. He so kind and pleasant even others mentioned the same thing to me while I was waiting. He works very hard to satisfy the customer. I'm glad this store is here because closer to my home. Thanks so much Andrew!!

Ebony had to deal with a crazy mother and was very patient and helpful towards her give her a bonus cuz anyone else would’ve lost their mind, the extra mile she goes really shows how much she cares about her job

The best customer service at any cricket store in mesa. I have been to multiple locations and this one always makes me feel welcome. Carmen helped me from the minute I walked in and made sure that the whole process went smooth. Very delighted with the customer service. Thank you!
