We went in for a new phone. Despite that, I needed the most affordable one because I didn't have money for an expensive one. This staff named Librada decided to overcharge me with all these things I didn't ask for. All I needed was a phone, and she added a phone case, a charger box, which I didn't ask for, and she lied, saying it was included in the phones price. After checking out, I checked the receipt and had $200 more than what I expected. I think she took advantage of charging me for her to get commission and saw that since I used their leasing program, I wouldn't have noticed. I demanded to get the charges removed, and I wanted my money back for items. I specifically let her know I didn't want and demanded the price of the phone that was listed on the price tag, not what she charged me for what she wanted to for her convinced of earning commission and taking advantage of people like us with low income?

Bothered, they did not know how to do a factory reset on the Motorola smartphone. I don't think they know how to do a factory reset because they have too many different cell phones that they sell. That's the only thing I'll say about that.

Omg is was the best experience I had since I have been a cricket customer for 10 years. The store clerk I forgot her name I just know she wore glasses and is Hispanicand pretty nails . I had a crazy situation for my friend he was on family plan and they was being petty put and insurance claim on his phone and I was in the area I called her she had me come in fixed the phone switched carriers. He was with at&t and we got him switched and added to my service it was fast and easy process the best customer service , friendly she said she was there for 10 years amazing she know what she doing at this location
