Horrible service I came In just to pay my bill I gave Marilin who was my service representative my ID to pay my bill and my number she ended up paying someone else's bill and refused to denie the payment she told me to ask the customer who she played the bill to pay my bill and told me it was my mistake. ?

You guys really need to update the websites hrs. I went to pay my phone bill and the place was closed at 7:30 the website said it closes at 8 pm I just got off of work and now since I was able to make it on time my phone is off.
