Terrible insurance, terrible service, they are not responsible for the equipment, the cell phone screen breaks and they do not have the parts while we pay for the insurance every month and they only offer the replacement of the cell phone for 250 dlls. If I don't want the replacement, I just want it. They have to change the screen but they tell me they don't have it and it could take up to 1 year.

The girl who helped me, I think her name was Bere, was one of the best at helping me with my phone. I also added another line just because he recommended it to me and it was the best decision I could have made. If I could give no stars I would. I had good service here before and now that I went 9/26/2022. I had terrible service. The person named Jared, was assisting me. I asked for my account information which he said he had no access to. Although after resetting up my account is unavailanle as soon as i get home to login. I went to get my phone updated since i had mine for a long time. I can't receive any messaged from new contacts, my cricket app doesn't work and i can't even use hbomax. I couldn't even see the phone options to whether i can upgrade to a new phone for $0, which i have done in the past. He also didn't even look if there were such deals for me. Now I am trying to access my account on my laptop and it is telling me it is unavailable. What he did was change my password and since he told me my username was incorrect he changed that for me as well. Once i got on to access the login it told me there was no account with it. Then i clicked the forgot username link and it gave me the username i had given to him to use to access my account.

The ladies here are AMAZING! Second purchase and will definitely will continue to come here. After a horrible experience at the 67th and camelback location these ladies took care of us. Great customer service, friendly and explained everything wonderfully!
