The girls from this locations are very rude!! My dad’s phone got damaged and he wanted his account number the girl said she couldn’t do anything to go to the carrier and that they should help us! I’ve been here before and they are always rude if you don’t like your job maybe you shouldn’t be working there!! Need more professional personnel

If you are thinking of going to pay your bill at that location, be careful with this person, she is frustrated and has no respect for anything, please, no vacancies, she doesn't know what customer service is, don't act crazy. As a result, she snatched my cell phone and I was I have recorded everything, I have other testimonials that she is rude and what you think is recorded. And you know it, you could be the owner but. The rudeness of your employee is not going to be taken away from her. Nothing gives her the right to take my cell phone from me.

The lady that assisted me and my mom really helped out a lot and was very kind to talk with. She manage to fixed a problem another cricket store couldn't fix and manage to save us from buying another phone.

Went to buy my mom a new phone for Christmas. I had specific questions about what I wanted, and she only told me about 1 phone, when there is several others, than that 1 particular expensive phone. Went to another cricket, and got the service, I should have gotten @ the first cricket.
