Terrible business sways against customers.
1. Sells customers attachments and accessories but we can't see it in the box or verify products.
2. Up sales items to try and get customers to buy but does not explain if products work or not. Need additional attachments or plug ins to work or if it even works with the phone you buy with it.

3. No returns allowed on Accessories because it is a SCAM. they sell it to you knowing it won't work or for your phone and no money back guarantee. Avoid this store like the plague.
4. Tells me to call 166 for disputes or questions only for a robot to answer or it's late on eastern side and no one wants to help, refund, or get me a new one.

The girls working are pleasant and very helpful.
They make the stop feel like you’re going over to a friends house haha. I would highly recommend this store and the people working here.

Everytime me and my husband go here to pay our bills the girls always talk to him and ignore me. They would start flirting with him and I think that’s inappropriate. Why would you speak to him more than me. When I’m the one paying anyways. They look at him and smile like they’ve never seen a man before. I’m Mexican too I get it you guys want to be loved but you seriously need to watch what you say to my man. The owner wasn’t even there for me to speak to about this. They’re all disrespectful to me and they speak to him and start talking to him about other things. Like how they “work hard” my husband doesn’t care about this stuff so please whoever the owner is tell your girls to stop trying to flirt with every women’s husband here. It’s disgusting I’m never coming here again.

Very bad business policies. They install my sons phone screen incorrectly and said they will not fix unless I pay again. Screen goes in and out touch’s screen not working properly and screen is lifting out of phone casing. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PHONE HERE TO GET REPAIR OR FIXED. THEY ARE ONLY OUT TO SCAM.

When I walked in there were 3 sale associates working, which is great for customer service. The girls were all bilingual as well, I worked with a lovely young girl named Barbie. She helped me activate the phone and transfer everything over from my old phone to my new phone. (I did have my old phone backed up) She was so sweet and kind to me! We were looking for a case for the phone but non were in stock. While we were sitting at the table, phone took some time to transfer things over, Barbie went out to her car to see if one of her old cases she wasn't using (which was grand new!!!) would fit the phone I just bought. Talk about above and beyond customer service and care.

I just purchased a phone and case for it. The case does not go with this phone despite the managers claim that it did. The case blocks the flash. I asked to be refunded for the case. She said all sales on accessories are final as stated on my receipt. I was not informed of this prior to the sale and she said too bad it says so on the receipt. She did not care that she sold me the wrong product or that she didn't inform me prior and told me she would make a note of my displeasure. The worst customer service I've had in a while and by someone with the bitchiest attitude.
