This was the second cricket store that I went into 2 days after starting my service. I am not sure what your goal is at this store but it is NOT customer retention. Do better.
If you need to go to cricket take the extra drive and go to 3515 W Union Hills Dr Ste 104A, Glendale, AZ 85308.
The young ladies working there are polite, curious and care about getting you fixed up and working. It took way to long going from store to store to find good customer service. The location on 35th did just that for me. In and out in 5 minutes.

Bad customer service, had to find and locate phone that the store placed the wrong address for shipment, they always referring us to call customer service knowing the wait time is long.Had to use our own time and gas money. Least they could have offered free protective lens or something.

Easy process, knowledgeable staff.maria was great. My Daughter needed an upgrade and maria took care of us. Even tho it was end of the day and ready to close maria took car of us with a smile.Thank you for all your help maria
