A very nice lady was prompt to offering to help me as soon as she was done attending another customer. When it was my turn, 5 seconds into my statement regarding my phone needs, the lady welcome another customer and begin helping them. I love multitasking as long as is delivering. The young lady focus on the new customer totally disregarding my concerns and giving me vague answer. Very disappointed about her service, or lack thereof, I should say. This took place at 3pm on 4.14.2026 on the 25th st and Baseline location.

Today, I had the pleasure of working with Dariam Uriarte, my customer service representative with Cricket Communications, and I am immensely grateful for her assistance in resolving my phone issue. I was experiencing a problem with my SIM card, which was not being recognized at all. Dariam dedicated approximately 40 minutes to exploring every possible solution to get my SIM card functioning again, as I was facing the prospect of either purchasing a new SIM card or upgrading my phone.
She meticulously examined all technological avenues available to her. Ultimately, she reached out to Cricket's customer service for further guidance, and with their support, she continued to work diligently to resolve my situation. Rather than seizing the opportunity to suggest a sale or a new phone, Dariam remained professional, respectful, cheerful, and, most importantly, committed to restoring my service.
As a peer support specialist, I rely heavily on my phone, which serves as my personal office containing numerous important documents. Losing access to this information due to hackers would be a significant setback for both myself and those I assist. Although I have security measures in place, the sophistication of technology and hacking methods continues to evolve.
I would like to award Dariam five stars for her unwavering effort in addressing my phone issue. Thank you, Cricket Communications, for employing such a remarkable and capable customer service representative.

If I could give 10 stars, I could! They have been so helpful to me and everything. I love it when I come into the store and I feel comfortable about my purchase or anything I'm doing. I have had to come in this store a bunch of times. Nancy and Janeth have always helped me. It's so stressful trying to find someone to work with you. Thank you so much for helping me out when I needed it, both of you.

i went to pay my bill over the weekend, they were nice people but i can tell they were not paying attention to anything they were doing. the guy helping us looked new. a girl was helping him but they were more focused on the guys plan rather than mine. they asked if we wanted to add a protection plan 2 times and we kept saying no. i got a bill message today to pay or service will be cut off tonight. i called cs only to find out cricket employees added the plan and i had to wait on a call for 30 minutes for customer service to take 5 minutes to remove it.
