Terrible customer service. Was assisted by Kimberly who was short, rude, and had no patience. She had little to no experience about phones. Didn't even know how to turn it on. The new sim card did not read. She never tried to restart the phone or attempt other methods to get it work. She told us we needed to buy a new phone. We had just purchased a new charger for the phone we were reactivating and she would not exchange or return it even though it was paid for less than 5 min before she told us we needed a new phone. Customer service was very poor. I always go to the location on Cavecreek Rd and Bell and I have never been treated this way before. I will not be returning here and I do not recommend this location to anyone.
