I went in needed a phone in a hurry cuz my iPhoneS broke from work so this 2 young ladies helped with everything they were so humble and sweet had a great conversation for like 40 minutes not even talking about phones just a normal conversation they both deserve a raise very smart ( !GRACIAS JOCELYN !eres la Mejor ) la otra chica I don’t remember your name pero se que eres de culican, !ariva SINALOA PLEBES!

Terrible service from the manager ARACELY Q. If they don't know how to solve problems, I don't know why they are promoted
0 kindness, making faces with one of her classmates, they made me feel uncomfortable, I don't remember the other's name, I hope they take action on the matter!

Don’t go to this store , they sell phone that are not able to unlock and customer care is saying it was not sold by cricket . Not sure if they are selling unauthorized phones .

I’d give ZERO stars for this location because it’s ALWAYS CLOSED!! Stopped by 3 times last week during business hours and the sign says OPEN but the door is consistently locked. Don’t waste your time coming to this location.????????????????

Eddie or Edward Is amazing after a mental emotional break down at a prior cricket. This man went over and beyond. Truly amazing customer service thank you so much.. For helping me for all time we put together on these phones unlocking n all lol..
