The lady was super helpful and patient with my fiancee. He was so frustrated with the cellular service we have gotten in the past such as employees saying that to we needed to upgrade phones that still work fine for what we do with them. Basically just trying to sell us new products. We got the account fixed up and are happy again. Thank you.

Its amazing to see good customer relations and service anymore. They definitely have it at this cricket location. Very kind, helpful, knowledgeable, a nice change from other services I wont name. Nizhoni helped me transfer all my information and storage. Both employees were just very kind. Thank you!
