I went to this store last week. My celphone had some internet blockages and limitations. Christy was working and she was very nice, pationate and helpful, and worked with my phone for some time. Thanks Christy for the excelent service!

Dont buy anything from Kimberly from this store. She doesn't pay attention to what she puts in the computer and she has a nasty attitude and doesn't know what professionalism is. And I hope she gets let go.

The people that operate this store need to be shut down!! We all have our strengths, customer support care or concern is not your strong suite. Go do something else and cut the chord. Unbelievable, horrible customer service.
Go here...3515 W Union Hills Dr Ste 104A, Glendale, AZ 85308...they are nice, the store does not smell and is very clean and they will help, willingly.
Again please close your doors!

This store is closet to my home. I have been going there for numerous years to make my monthly pmt. It never fails that these young kids DO NOT know what they are doing! My account is grandfathered in @ $57/mo with the $5 in store fee = $62.00 and I state that, and eventually get your text of $57 received and my receive my debt receipt Every single time I go to make a pmt they come up with different amounts and DO NOT listen! When I ask for print out (as I have always gotten) I get "we don't do prints" or "printer not working." Then they get an attitude and rude with me, then telling me I'm rude! I just ignore them after my pmt is done and leave without a word--dreading my next month visit. Ever since Dulce Hernandez left this store and transferred, I have had nothing but problems with these moronic/rude young kids! Every one of them need to go to or back to a customer service class and how to treat your customers!! Especially "Mabel" who seems to think she is the goddess manger of your store--rude, obnoxius, with 'know it all' attitude. I have seen this with her dealing with other customers the same as well. I like and will continue with Cricket, however my/this review still stands, with hopes that something can be done. Thank you.
