I have struggled with addiction for many years. When I arrived at Crossroads I was beaten and demoralized. Zero self esteem. Immediately the staff here made me feel welcomed and valued. There is a gentleman by the name of Zak C. who talked to me about my situation and helped me get accepted into detox and and treatment. He deserves a raise. Very professional and inviting. Thank you Zak and thank you Crossroads

They were absolutely wonderful, accommodating and knew what they were doing. So happy to have found them. Made a difference in a life that was struggling to get back on track.

That's the receipt for my ring that they lost out of my property bag when I went to detox almost 6 months ago. Claire said she would pay me for it if I had the receipt. My lawyer will be sending you a letter regarding it but I'm willing to settle out if court but someone needs to contact me. Russell Workman 602-689-9234 05/13/1964 520800047 I shouldn't have told suffer over my lost engagement ring it was very important to me and it breaks my heart that they lost/stole it out if a sealed bag. I have many witnesses to it including Rose And Bridgett. So please do the right thing. I've been through hell and back and I shouldn't have things stolen from me while under your care and in your custody and then have to suffer financially because I could have sold it for a lot of money that I really need right now. So have someone call me about this please. I'm trying to be peaceful and friendly. That's because I'm a different person than I was before. Please do the right thing and pay me for my ring. I can go public and I can Sue snd I will WIN! 3x what the rings worth plus psychological damage from just not ever having the ring got engaged with to the woman I loved. do the right thing and let's work this out. If they do the right thing, my rating will go up to a five star. But it's not. Then it really is one star. Nobody should lose their engagement ring when they go to Detox out of a sealed bag.

Crossroads Recovery is more than just a rehab, it’s where to go when you’re sick-n-tired of being sick-n-tired. The curriculum, the group classes, the meetings, the art therapy & yoga,…all FANTASTIC. We even do sober karaoke and learn hip hop dance! Crossroads Extension = home w/ an extended family of clean & sober sisters. The staff is second to none. Crossroads pours into us, spirit, mind, and body. We are given REAL tools, effective tools, tools that make sense. This is about discovering the beautiful you that you were created to be. Make no mistake, you get out of it what you put into it. Thank you, God, for Crossroads. I’m praying for the man/woman reading this review, that you will give yourself a chance at sobriety and LIFE. ~Serenity?️~Courage? ~Wisdom?

5 years ago today I entered this place defeated and broken, the staff here loved me and showed me a way out of addiction through there own testimonies. All the staff here genuinely showed me love and acceptance until I could learn to love myself again. Today i have a stable job, my kids(living with me), and a life i love all thanks to this place that saw something in me that i could see in myself. Thank you all for saving my life.

This place ruined our family neighborhood with junkies wandering about. Crack pipes and needles litter the surrounding area. Police have been called countless times to remove people from the neighboring private properties. Junkies smoke crack in people’s yards when security makes them leave.

My favorite part of the in patient process is that, as long as one is respectful of the rules and attends/participates in what's suggested of them, you can easily go into a second phase called iop where your allowed to obtain employment, work, and save money while still living on site and eating meals provided. This gives a person who comes with nothing, the opportunity to become self sufficient without any external support. Best chance at successful reintegration.
