Michael and Larissa have been nothing short of amazing. Michael helped me setup my account and made it all so easy. Flowed through it and explained everything in a language anyone can understand. Larissa, has been very , very helpful every day since I've moved in . She sure knows that place well! No matter how many times this old man, asked to use the restroom. She unlocks it with a smile and is always so very sweet. They are both invaluable members of the team. The facility is so clean!!!!! Like eat off the floor clean. I'm still fascinated how fast the garage door flies open so fast. 😂
I've never thought much about what storage place I've picked . I have had over 12 in my stay here in Arizona. Cube Smart is the absolute, hands down best of them all!

The staff are friendly. The price is right. The place is clean .
The rating is because there is a big inconvenience in having to go to the front desk to get a cart and that they have no system for using trackers (readily available online) for the carts (loading&unloading). They are disappearing. The walking back-and-forth makes everyone suffer for the bad behavior of the few.
