The man who helped my boyfriend and I at the front desk was very professional and courteous. The prices were what I expected - reasonable and affordable. We got our storage suite super fast and the experience, overall, was quite easy and just a breeze. I will definitely recommend this storage facility to everyone I know. Thanks Storage Sense!

These guys took good care of me during a stressful weekend 2 years ago. Ever since then, however, I've had an issue with no one being in the office. I travel for work and constantly find myself being in the position of needing to make a payment in person, but I rarely find there's someone available.
This has caused me a lot of inconvenience, last year I had to drive out from Florida to settle my balance. Today I drove down from Flagstaff during posted hours, but they were closed for the day (same thing happened last time). Now I'm stuck waiting and paying for 2 nights at a hotel that I can't afford.
If you are closing for the day, please update the Google listing, leave a voicemail, send a text message alert, etc.

Let’s see.. place is over priced, always dirty, terrible location, sketchy, corporate cronies.
Had my place get broken into and a bunch of stolen items. Get insurance, shouldn’t have to be like that, but when I went it to file a claim.. apparently 3 other people got their place broken into as well. It’s normal.
Moved out mid April, they still charged me for the month of May. Crooks.
Security cameras are in awful places, out dated, and some are missing or not working.
Avoid this place like the plague.

Storage Sense had live agents answering my call on weekends. For me getting someone on the phone is a great customer service.
