It's clean, staff is pleasant, lots of cameras (security). The only downside is they lock up the carts when the office is closed so it makes it VERY inconvenient to move anything substantial in/out of your storage unit before or after office hours.

Heather was very knowledgeable and dealt with our check in in a expedited and caring manner. The location was clean, that's the first thing I noticed.All question were answered and we look forward to feeling our belongings will be safe while stored at cubesmart.
Update... Here I sit a month and half later and am sorely disappointed with the unprofessional manners of cubesmart and the employees at that location. We have since left that location and moved to a Public Storage where we have a great relationship with the staff there.
DO JOT USE CUBESMART. Pay nearly 1/3 for the same size at public storage.

Great customer service here, clean wish they left the carts out longer to use but also understand why they cannot. Access is great and when needed to solve an issue found it easy to get resolved satisfactorily

Easy to rent online, even after hours or on Sunday when closed. I paid and was able to move my stuff in immediately. Never spoke with anyone and didn't have to wait until they were open to move in. Awesome!
