I would give them ZERO starts if I could! This store and their "extended warranty" is probably one of the shittiest you can find. A month and a half ago our washing machine was making a lot of noise. It gave up on us a couple of weeks ago. Mind you a month and a half ago a "technician" came out to see it and he said he was going to order a part for it. Two weeks went by and this "technician" came back and asked us for tool to put in the part. I mean what kind of technicians are these?!!! That same day he stated that he couldn't fix it because the transmission is giving up. He said he was going to order one for us 2 weeks go by and we call and they said it was on "back order". I call back again last week, they said that it was never on back order that they ticket had to be escalated a second time!!!! Yes you read that right... A SECOND TIME!!!! Are you kidding me?!!! I've been calling back and forth and first they said 2-3 business days to get approval i call 3 days later and they said it gonna take 2 more days to approve!!! ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDDDINGGGG?!!! If I were y'all i would stay FARRRRR AWAY AS POSSIBLE FROM THIS STORE. THEIR WARRANTY SUCKS AND SO DOES THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I have been a Curaçao member for over a year and the customer service is always amazing! Krystal and Martha were able to help us with purchasing some perfumes and recommending other products! I am very happy with my purchases.

We had went around 6 or 7 PM on a weekday. It Was busy at the time, of which seemed like "Newbies" were on the floor on the computer section. We were looking for a Desktop Modum for my Son to use during his school time, Since we did notice the specials they had via the flyers sent out by mail.There were No Other Customer Service Reps available at the moment. I Did notice the sign that they Do need New Employees. Finally, after asking the newbie If there were Any Other Assistance available, as it seems in the Other Depts. It was empty.Low and behold, Account Manager Janeth, (From El Salvador) very nice and patient attended to our needs. Thanks to this Experienced Agent that assisted us, left my Son Super Happy after leaving the Store And Was Extremely Joyous afterwards. Thanks Janeth for making this process Sweet as Cherry Pie. ? ?

They don't explain their return policy on final sales before making you sign and leaving the store. Then, when trying to make a return they won't return/refund it, saying "it says it on the receipt", that it falls under certain categories, and that you signed for it. Their prices are high and are poor quality. Sure they'll price match, but why would you spend all the time researching prices and waste time in store when you can get better prices and service elsewhere. The whole experience was upsetting. I feel like they took advantage of my mom who shops there because of the language barrier she has when shopping at other stores.PLEASE WATCH OUT for the things you purchase and your receipts.

I had my employee go in to pick up an order today around 1pm there were two women there. One with a green shirt and another wearing a blazer neither of which had a name badge. She went in and received the worst service at the pick up center. As she walked up the the one in the green shirt said in Spanish " no le voy ayudar a esta pinche nopalera que no habla español" which translates to "im not helping this fucking Mexican who doesn't speak Spanish". #1 you are paid to help ANYONE who walks through those doors REGARDLESS of what personal reservations you may have. This employee deserves to be terminated immediately and the one who allowed her to say that without saying anything needs to be disciplined. Getting in contact with a manager or customer service has been next to impossible. Racist slurs are NEVER acceptable.

This place is overpriced compared with competitors. I was hoping for better quality goods for a store that is in a mall. Electronics for example, you are better off going to Best Buy when they have their deals. I noticed quite a few off brand and low quality electronics. Some of the pricing was higher than Best Buy. The furniture was comparable to Big Lots, but Big Lots furniture seems like better quality. It was nice from a far, but once you sat on it, it was like sitting on a board. If you like firm sofas, then maybe this will work. I can't justify the lack of quality, with the price. I recommend shopping around before purchasing Electronics or Furniture from here.

Online support was horrible, call the 866 number and get hung up on. Call the local store on 75th ave and Thomas, same B.S, get hung up on. All i wanr to do is update the information so i can purchase something with this new card, but apparently its to much to ask for. I will be disactivating my account.

It's my first visit to a curacao and they have a little bit of everything in there for the home for indoors and outdoors. I recommend checking them out if you like appliances, outdoor furniture, indoor furniture, toys, electronics. Kind of like a mini Sears without clothing.

Went into the store to look for some end tables and some plant vases. A women named Paola Limas helped me and she was just wonderful. Took her time showing me different options giving so many ideas. She took her time in ensuring I was happy with what I was purchasing! I will definitely be going back to this location all because of Paola. Very professional and friendly definitely made for a quite amazing shopping experience!

We had a bad experience when we arrived, we asked about the furniture we wanted and no, they gave us more options, they said we would wait and we waited a long time while they started talking to each other and on the phone and no one bothered to ask if we were looking for something type of furniture apparently they did not care about the customers I did not like it at all did not recommend it to anyone it is super bad service
