I used the Boardman/Cutillo team to open a site in Phoenix. I have worked with many other firms in our expansion but never experienced the level of service that I did with Kristina, Scott and Brittany. They operate with exemplary attention to detail. From the moment we engaged them they treated us like a priority. They provided us with an excellent market survey which most firms do, but it went far beyond that. These guys have the inside track on everything Phoenix and are so plugged-in, they simply provide a level of insight and service than their competitors cannot. If you are engaging a firm to find space in Phoenix or really anywhere, talk to them first. We have decided to make them the primary brokers for our national expansion.

My lease is about to be finished with your property “Monterey Village” and as a first time renter sadly all I can say is your property manager Erika Sarti did nothing but make the experience unpleasant. During the entire one year I was at Monterey Village I ran into multiple issues regarding maintenance leaving jobs undone/messy, communication issues with Erika multiples times where she’d justify withholding information by saying “she didn’t have to say anything”, the water is always shut off and there’s an out of control bug problem. I went in on January 18th asking to be contacted by a district supervisor and still have yet to receive anything back. I will definitely never stay anywhere affiliated with Cushman and Wakefield again

Took over my apartment complex and the place went from being the best place I’ve ever lived to the worst because of the management. Stop just caring about money and start caring about people. It’s disgusting.

I was represented by Brad Douglass & Regan Amato with regards to the sale of a NNN properly that my company had developed. At one point, both Regan Amato and Brad Douglass had refused to sell this property to the eventual buyer and they even removed the listings in protest. Reggie Amato even terminated my listing agreement because he did not approve of the buyer that was purchasing the property. Because of this unilateral decision by Regan, I was forced to hire another real estate broker to list and sell the property because Cushman & Wakefield refused to represent me. After the sale was made, I received a demand letter from Cushman & Wakefield asking for over 100k on a sale that Regan and Brad refused to even be involved in. Even after Regan Amato and Brad Douglass were terminated for cause, they continually call and email me threatening me for money that they didn't earn. At one point, Christine Moore Veldhuizen even directly defamed me in an accidental "reply all" to her own attorney Reggie Parks and fabricated a story misrepresenting the entire situation in attempts to force corporate counsel to file a lawsuit against me. Needless to say, Regan, Brad and Christie had no legal standing yet they continue to be difficult. I would not recommend this brokerage. If Cushman & Wakefield had run a background check on Regan Amato, they would have saved a lot of time and hassle

I had been living at one of your properties for 11 DAYS when mold and sewage soaked insulation was found, which Pacific Bay Club Apartments refused to address in any way, even after being provided a mold report. I had to hire an attorney to help me legally dissolve the lease. On June 24 your attorney (Chris Rogers, Law Offices of Scott M. Clark) said a check for the return of the security deposit and the pro-rated rent was being put in the mail. On July 8, when I still had not received said check, your attorney said the check had been revised to also include the return of the pet deposit, and that check would be put in the mail no later than July 12. It is now August 14, and I have not received a penny of the deposits or pro-rated rent I am due and have been told multiple times being sent. Per A.R.S. 33-1321, you all had 14 business days per to provide me with a move out statement and return my deposits and pro-rated rent. I moved out on May 23, nearly THREE MONTHS AGO, at no fault of my own. I had to pay to hire an attorney, pay for movers for the second time in a month, pay a deposit at my new place, etc. The fact that your property refused to address mold and sewage soaked insulation is bad enough, but you have now withheld $2300 of my money from me for nearly 3 months. I want a check sent by the end of the week, August 19, with USPS tracking or I will be moving forward with legally pursuing the return of my money plus treble damages.

Update: 4 days after your response below and still no contact from a "Manager or VP". So much for ASAP. I expected a call last Friday at least. Hoping someone will actually contact me. I've escalated my issue via your website as well. I can't do anything else aside from report your business to the Better Business Bureau. This is on you to fix - I'm done trying to manage the issue.Cushman & Wakefield your newly acquired property, Mesa Station, formerly Renew OneEleven, is having an absolutely horrendous transition to new management. You provided a number and email for resident's "questions and concerns"... I called your Mesa Station number twice today and someone hung up twice in a row after a few rings. No one has responded to my emails. They haven't cashed Nov. 1st rent yet. I handed my rent check to someone in the office presumably Lauren Minear your listed manager - Nov 1st. That's the only point of contact I've received. I don't want to hand over another check Dec. 1st without some kind of communication and confirmation about what is going on.Reaching out here since no one at Mesa Station has responded.

If you are looking for commercial space for lease stay as far away as possible from Cushman and Wakefield. They are not very eager to lease and they have terrible customer service. I was working with Cliff from Cushman and Wakefield and he tries to be manipulative and make you feel like you are wasting his time by asking them to do their job. Very poor management. Its very easy to see why the properties that they manage are vacant and dead. Do your research before trying to work with Cushman and Wakefield.

If you're looking for a commercial office/warehouse space do not use this company. They could care less about the small business owner and are extremely rude and unreasonable in the event of any incident or problem. More specifically, Robin McCleary is extremely rude and arrogant. I send my rent payments in a week to two weeks prior to the due date and she still slaps a 10% late fee because they don't check their mail box regularly is not my issue. They also changed the locks on my doors while I was out of town and refused to replace the original locks or offer me keys to gain access to my suite- I was locked out of my own suite and they did not care to do anything about it. Ridiculous. Wish I would have known better before signing my lease agreement. Glad to be halfway out of my lease. I will be leasing a space significantly larger than the one I have now due to my expanding businesses and they will not be on my list of property managers to contact.
