Scott was not able to fix the problem but he contacted the company that produced the keypad and they are aware of the problem and are working to resolve it. Once they fix it, Scott said he'd come back out and fix our keypad.

I have been a customer of Custom Automated Solutions for years. It doesn't happen often, but when an issue arises, it is fixed immediately. They are easy to get in contact with, they are prompt with service and and from my experience, every tech is super well versed in their craft. They explain what they did and show you clearly how to navigate your automation. In my opinion, they are the best home automation company around!!

Joe and his team are outstanding. Their prices are very fair and they work hard to create exactly what you want without being pushy. Gave me lots of options for indoor/outdoor speakers, TV, etc. even helped me upgrade my CAT5 so I could be hardwired at home. Very impressed. One stop shop for all my needs. Will def use them again.
