Best salon experience! The hairstylist I used to and the rest of the people working there were very accommodating. All the time and money I spent were all worth it after I saw the result. Good customer service! They offered me coffee, a biscuit, and a brochure while waiting for my hairstylist. It was a good first experience for me.

I recommend Custom Kreations. Every time I purchase hair extensions from them I love my hair and they are my only source I go to. Just ordered my lace front wig and I can’t wait for it to arrive.

I started buying here because it was close to work and they usually have what I want in stock, no waiting. I stopped by one day to purchase hair and the store was empty and closed. No notice on their website that the physical store is closed. Not sure if it would be safe to order online so I ordered the hair from Elysium Studios in Scottsdale. I have known Rasheen for over 20 years but Custom was near work and convenient. I will stick with Rasheen from now on. Rasheen is reliable, good prices, and very professional.

I've been a loyal customer for over 3 years and this was the first time i've experienced this kinda of hair. After messaging Mario about what was going on and listen to his advice my hair still was getting matted and tangled, so fizzy and stiff. I would have to brush my hair every 30 mins at work just to make it look some what decent. I messaged him again just to find out he blocked me. This hair isn't a month old and i've already had to cut it because it was so bad. I didn't want my money back i just wanted him to understand the quality hair i received and how unhappy i was. At the end of the day people still only care about money and how fast they can get it. It's sad.

I tried to call to get some information on the hair before I ordered but the number is not in service,I tried three different numbers,is there another number I can call or how do I speak to someone? The shop was recommended to me on FB. I wanted to check it out. I wrote the owner Mario on Facebook but I know he is probably very busy.

I First purchased from Custom Kreations in 2013 and have been a customer since. From my experience each year the hair gets better, I still have some of my hair from 2013 and still reinstall til this day and it looks the same. I dye,bleach,cut, etc and the hair is still alive. My hair is always shipped to me fast and the prices can't be beat. I refer so many of my friends, family, and clients to buy Mario's hair. He is always having specials and really values his customers and his service of providing great quality hair !

So the shop was clean and friendly but my stylist that i booked at the shop got fired or quit i don't know . Anyhow the hair is nice and soft and the frontal has 4 inch parting space contrary to the other review . So at first i wasn't sent my frontal but instead an extra bundle i called the shop and that was easily fixed BUT the hair i ordered was a Brazilian deep wave and my frontal was a body wave even though my package said deep wave it was weird because in the packaging they looked the same . the hair sheds quite a bit but it is lace sooo. I wouldn't recommend getting curly hair if you have any intentions of wanting it straight because it will not straighten so that was a bummer because i was told i could do so. UPDATE:My stylist was never in a car accident , she told us she quit because you couldn't provide her with the materials necessary to do her work. Another appointment was not scheduled with someone else , I wasn't even notified I had to text her myself. I never once tried to sabotage your business . I clearly complimented the hair and recommend it to friends . However , instead of playing victim you should work on your customer service skills and learn to take constructive criticism. You messed up my order twice , that should've been a red flag I even gave back the extra bundle you mistakenly sent out of good faith . My review was not pointless it was the truth , which you obviously can't take . My frontal was a loose wave and my hair was deep I have absolutely nothing to lie for . Nevertheless , I recommend you not waste your time and money I will not be re-purchasing anything from here for the simple fact that the owner is very rude and ignorant. He claims everyone is trying to "sabotage" h business but he does it himself with his unprofessional replies.

Bad customer service Horrible quality of hair Not 100% human. Lace front is horrible quality . Spent 320 for a horrible job . I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE GOING TO THIS SHOP.
