EVERY team member at this location is friendly, helpful, and pleasant to work with. This particular visit, I was assisted by Lou in the pharmacy, and I appreciate all he does to make me feel valued as a person.

Why is it so difficult to find courteous staff. The customer service at CVS especially the pharmacy is terrible. I called to ask the status of my prescription and was told it's processing. When I said can you please give me a timeline I was met with an attitude. These people should not be working in healthcare

Spoke with 2 different pharmacy people- both extremely rude. Was told script would be ready following day (yesterday) - nope. No call or message- simply not fulfilled. Kept checking the app nothing.Went on this morning & now it says it's filled. Is it really? Now I have to wait till they open to call & find out but my guess is, it isn't as I never got a call or text saying so.Hate that I have to use CVS due to insurance now.Updating review from 1 to 2 stars as employee who rang up prescription was nice & helpful.

Forced to move to CVS by our insurance company and it has been a train wreck. Late prescriptions, missed refills, software glitches that apparently required meds to be dispensed in three- month batches while simultaneously blocking three- month refills , not informing me that this was happening ... and the list goes on. Currently on half- doses of my asthma meds because of their tardiness in filling a prescription..The staff seem nice enough but the system does not work.

Rude pharmacist. Dropped off a prescription, picked up at register, went to consultation for questions and asked if she could please clarify, she mocked me and said if I could *please* go to the register (staff laughs), her clarification was "if you do the math"... it's been a long day, this treatment was unnecessary.

No one has any idea what’s really going on and just bounce you around a different departments and give you different phone numbers to call. After taking my test and receiving my email with the link it would not work at all. I was trying to call to see if I can get a new one or what could be done and I just got bounced to the clinic and anytime you mentioned Covid you’re not gonna get a real person and when I try to listen for my results or the phone my records are not found. And no one can help me can help me apparently.

Compared to the CVS Pharmacy at Chandler and 48th this place is GOLDEN! I had to change because I was never getting my medication. Weeks past due. I changed to this CVS, went in to see how many days or weeks I would have to wait. They said we will have your Rx's ready in 2 hrs!!!! And they did!!! Thank you Thank You

I went to CVS to get a Covid 19 test on July 17 2021. Nasal swab. They told me 24 to 48 hours i would get my results. All i had to do was setup a my chart app. And i could also recieves texts about my results. I waited a day and then started looking at my app. Nothing there. I texted results plus my birth date to the number given. Came back no results yet. Okay, tried the same the next day. Still nothing. Called the pharmacy. They can't give me that info over the phone, i need to talk to a specialist. Okay, so transfer me over to them. Was told im sorry, they dont have a direct line. You need to come in. They proceeded to give me an 800 number i could dial to get my results. Okay, i tried that. Office is closed. No matter what time of day i tried calling. I called CVS back, told them the problem. They gave me another 800 number to try. Some call center in Asia. Great. They told me that the number should work and the office was open. I called morning, afternoon and evening. I got the same ol same. This office is currently closed. This went on for 7 days. Finally my wife went in. Talked to Narelle Chase. All she could give was a piece of paper that posted no results. She told my wife thats odd. No duh. She said shed look into it and get back to us. Here it is Aug 5th 2021 and still nothing. I ended up getting tested somewhere else and got my results back in 1 day. They pretty much lost my test. Thanks. You want a Covid test, go somewhere else. Dont use CVS.

I went to this CVS and accidentally left my bag on the self checkout, I came back to get it and the two teenage boys with curly hair working were very nice and said they found it right when I left, HOWEVER when I got home I had things missing from the bag including an 1/8 I bought from my local dispensary. These teenage employees really stole an eighth out of my bag hella illegal and it was in my bag before the employees "found" it.
