Not the sharpest people in the industry.
1, they fell back to a 30-day supply in spite of the fact I've requested ALWAYS 90-day supplies
2, you've decided to go back (again) to an address I have not lived at in 10 years, in spite of the fact I went through great effort years ago to get them using the right address
3, my login identity is totally jacked using parts of my ID and parts of my spouse's ID to validate and I've yet to be able to get that corrected.
4, I object to you using my permission to send alerts on prescriptions to also send advertisements on things not related to my prescriptions. This I deem to be objectionable text advertising and consider it an intrusion of my privacy.

The CVS Pharmacy inside Target is the best.
Caitlyn was helpful, patient and kind. They’ve answered all questions and helped me find the best options factoring insurance, generic options etc. Highly recommend this team and location.

The Pharmacist that filled my order asked if I had any questions. I said no, I've been taking this med for years. She then asked if I take this med in the evening. Again, I said no, always in the morning. She then proceeded to explain the benefits of taking my pill at night. Love the interaction with people who love their job!

I wish I knew what went wrong with the pharmacy. If I could use the automated refill system I would, but I have to talk to a pharmacist to do it. Phone wait times are abysmal. I've called and been placed on hold for 30+ minutes, only to use another phone (while remaining on hold on original call) and have it answered quickly. So much for answering in the order they were recieved. I once called from home and drove to the store while on hold (had some other things to pick up at Target). When I went to see if anyone was in the pharmacy, there were no other customers being served and the workers were laughing and conversing idly in the back while I remained on hold. You can't tell me they were so busy to not be able to answer the phone, but still able to have personal conversations.

I have used this pharmacy for 7 years and it was rocky when the pharmacy switched from Target to CVS and the staff was atleast the same for the most part. Now it’s completely UNBEARABLE! The only person I have seen there consistently should be fired immediately! The first time I encountered her I figured she was having a bad day. You fooled me once, shame on you! The second time she came at me with her attitude again, I immediately matched hers right back! You weren’t going to fool me again. Today same miserable young blonde lady, I don’t know her name, nor do I really care to. So thanks for finishing the nail in the coffin, you have made CVS lose my whole household from doing business at your location and for really any CVS at this point. Also, don’t call this location because they are far too busy on their personal cell phones to take any customer calls.

The pharmacy tech, Tate, was extremely patient and helpful with a prescription during a busy time of the day. Excellent customer service, handled my issue with great flexibility and problem solving skills.

This location has gone down hill fast and hard over the past year. They used to have some qualified professional people but have not seen them for a long time. They must've got better jobs elsewhere, no doubt. Likewise, I am transferring my prescriptions to a different pharmacy.

Why is it so difficult to find courteous staff. The customer service at CVS especially the pharmacy is terrible. I called to ask the status of my prescription and was told it's processing. When I said can you please give me a timeline I was met with an attitude. These people should not be working in healthcare

If you want compassion caring or concern go elsewhere. I'm aware 5:01 is after 5:00 which is apparently when the pharmacy closes. The people talking and giggling behind the iron curtain thing refused to provide the anti emetic that was already filled for food poisoning.Worth mentioning that I was also completely ignored while trying to figure out an OTC to get by until they open to pickup tomorrow.
