I have used this pharmacy for 7 years and it was rocky when the pharmacy switched from Target to CVS and the staff was atleast the same for the most part. Now it’s completely UNBEARABLE! The only person I have seen there consistently should be fired immediately! The first time I encountered her I figured she was having a bad day. You fooled me once, shame on you! The second time she came at me with her attitude again, I immediately matched hers right back! You weren’t going to fool me again. Today same miserable young blonde lady, I don’t know her name, nor do I really care to. So thanks for finishing the nail in the coffin, you have made CVS lose my whole household from doing business at your location and for really any CVS at this point. Also, don’t call this location because they are far too busy on their personal cell phones to take any customer calls.

The pharmacy tech, Tate, was extremely patient and helpful with a prescription during a busy time of the day. Excellent customer service, handled my issue with great flexibility and problem solving skills.

This location has gone down hill fast and hard over the past year. They used to have some qualified professional people but have not seen them for a long time. They must've got better jobs elsewhere, no doubt. Likewise, I am transferring my prescriptions to a different pharmacy.

Why is it so difficult to find courteous staff. The customer service at CVS especially the pharmacy is terrible. I called to ask the status of my prescription and was told it's processing. When I said can you please give me a timeline I was met with an attitude. These people should not be working in healthcare

If you want compassion caring or concern go elsewhere. I'm aware 5:01 is after 5:00 which is apparently when the pharmacy closes. The people talking and giggling behind the iron curtain thing refused to provide the anti emetic that was already filled for food poisoning.Worth mentioning that I was also completely ignored while trying to figure out an OTC to get by until they open to pickup tomorrow.

The girl Kaitlyn at the pharmacy is extremely rude. When I asked to see if they could refill my prescription she was very short and said “we’re not taking any new patients” when I asked “ok, is there anything I can do or anywhere I could go?” She went on to say “No you’re gonna have to figure that out” which is all sensible responses but the tone and aggression was absolutely unnecessary

Phone tree system is awful. Spent 10 minutes just to be routed to the wrong department. Just pay someone to answer the phone...

Bought a dirty boot cover, went in with a question about the return policy. Was meet with attitude and told by the manager they don’t have to explain anything to me. But I guess having no control and having a power trip.

Rude pharmacist. Dropped off a prescription, picked up at register, went to consultation for questions and asked if she could please clarify, she mocked me and said if I could *please* go to the register (staff laughs), her clarification was "if you do the math"... it's been a long day, this treatment was unnecessary.

This cvs has the worse customer service. I was on hold for almost an hour and finally someone pickup the phone and that individual hang up the phone as soon as I said hello. I had to call back, on hold for another 30min then I gave up cause I don't have time to wait around anymore.

Hazy (pharmacy manager) needs trained in how to do her job. She wasted over a hour of my time on something that she should have done. She doesn’t know policy or customer service skills. CVS is a god awful.

I've been going to this location for years. In the last 6 months, I've gone here to get a script filled for my dog. The vet gives me a paper script, which I've never had a problem getting filled. Until yesterday... The pharmacist refused to fill the script because it was a paper one. I told him that I've had it filled at least 3-4 times previously with other pharmacists with no questions asked. He still refused and insisted it's "against the law" to fill this script from a paper one. Unless this "law" passed in the last 2 months, I call BS. I took the same paper script to Walgreens and they filled it with no problems. Needless to say, I have removed all of my own prescriptions from this location, and CVS all together because of this poorly educated, unprofessional pharmacist. Way to go losing a long time customer!

You all need to do better on having help at the pharmacy. Someone should have been called to help get these meds out. The Pharmacist should not have to fill meds and do the pick and give out shots. This is ridiculous!!
