Horrible location for CVS poor customer service

Pharmacy technicians are very rude. It’s the second time I get such bad experience with them and told they don’t have any prescription “ready”! Only when I asked them if there any prescription then they said “15 minutes wait”! If I didn’t ask them again they wouldn’t tell me and I would just leave!

Based on my experience here, the store was well organized and pretty clean on the interior. Really good customer service from the associate I encountered. Exterior was pretty dirty and sketchy. Probably wouldn't recommend this place based on location. But no other issues presented.

Couldn't answer the phone in a reasonable amount of time, stayed on Hold longer than it would take to drive up to the store and be bothered by their terrible service. Fry's pharmacy is up the street and much better at working under expected work loads.

Honestly tired of being yelled at by the Chinese lady when they constantly mess up my prescription orders, I get a text and email when my meds are ready and 95% of the time I go get them im told they are not ready and come back later. She's rude and I've tried to make complaints about her yelling at customers to no avail. She actually yelled at me in front of a pharmacist one day because they made a mistake on my insulin, the pharmacist dismissed her and took over then tried handing me cash as an I'm sorry so we can get lunch cuz he saw I was upset and there with my kids. I didn't take it but could tell he's used to this and I at least appreciate him having compassion and trying to do something nice for how we were treated.

The pharmacy stuff here are rude, and clearly don't want to be there for whatever reason. The radio behind the desk was blasting profanities, which is unprofessional as hell. It's impossible to even walk into the store without being harassed by transients. I've never met ruder pharmacy staff. I've always like to CVS but will probably find a new location even if it's further away.

I recently drove up through the drive up area to get my prescription I have been getting for years. My insurance doesn't cover it and I've gotten used to paying for it.The clerk that day was extremely friendly and quick. AND then she asked me to wait for a moment while she got me a better deal on my prescription. And then all of a sudden my meds were HALF the price I always pay.This is amazing customer support and I am truly grateful.This is a busy busy location and this effort to help me without me asking - during a busy time- is just top notch.

GLORIA & RAYNETTA WERE EXTREMELY HELPFUL WITH ME TODAY! It was such a great experience learning about the ExtraCare card (which I gladly accepted) & saving with coupons from receipts which people take for granted! I was kindly informed & professionally taken care of, I'm very happy!

Pharmacy employees have been professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They have worked to solve discrepancies with our insurance providers and have been accommodating when possible.

Arrived at 10:57 to grab something from the store and the employee was super rude. Didn't let me grab one item that I needed. Terrible service. I wouldn't recommend this location.

CVS has became trash. Overly inflated prices. Employees can't simply check you out at the register. Instead they stand over your shoulder and force you to use their pathetic self check out machines, which takes forever because the pos can't scan correct without requiring employees to come over and press a button to allow us to move forward. Cash dispenser is a pain in the ass because it doesn't want to take the bills. 5 minutesTo check out two fuggin items. Place is pos and will go outOf business with trash customer serviceLike this. Going to Walgreens from now on

Pretty annoying when sign on front says they close at 11, and online says they close at 11 and you show up 5 minutes after 10 and they're closed. I guess someone went in right before 10 and they told him he had 2 minutes and he needed to leave. Update your hours so customers don't waste their time going to your place.

Outstanding and wonderful customer service today from Kahlil at this CVS location. I went to over 15 CVS stores looking for an EpiPen that had an expiration over one year. Found short dated under six months at 14 stores! This is the only store in the valley that had acceptable EpiPens. Overall great job from the lead pharmacist, ordering person, and Khalil. Thanks again 44th Street CVS!
