Every time I call CVS Speciality Pharmacy whoever the person I get, they are very kind and concerned with me getting my medication. I really appreciate them. Some reviews are not good and some are. In my experience, they are just the BEST! I'm happy to have them as my Pharmacy. ❣️❤️

if I could give 0 star I would but i cannot. Have to use them to order a specialty medication and every time i order it copay change and what i need to do changes and I have to go through at least 2 weeks to a month of running around with co pay assistance to get my medication. Thank god it is not required for me to live otherwise i would be dead. On multiple occasions I have been told I am wrong or I am dumb or that I do not know what I am talking about after getting off the phone with my Co Pay company. i was even told by the last chat representative that I should have told them something when I did in the first interaction so in other world called me dumb. I am at the point that I would almost rather pay the thousands for my medications then deal with this company. If you have to deal with them please see if you can work with another company for your own sanity

Worst company to work for. They do not value their employees what so ever. They constantly change the way we have to do things without advising their employees. Then giving their employees bad reviews because they never took the time to go over the changes. They only do this so no one can get the appropriate raise at the end of the year. Completely ridiculous. Do not apply here unless u want to be treated like a slave.

Worst experience! This pharmacy and staff are inept, careless and frankly have no idea what they are doing. I will never utilize this pharmacy again and would never recommend to anyone. Steer clear of them if you want/need any time sensitive medications.

BEST Pharmacy ever! The staff is ALWAYS friendly and kind. Consistently go out of their way to take care of their patients. I've been with this pharmacy for years and I love them. If there are issues, I always get a call with an explanation and a resolution. Time frames have never been an issue. I get calls from live staff to advise of new info. When meds have expired they take the initiative to call my Dr, or then call me to tell me I need to see my Dr. Who does that?? McDowell specialty pharmacy that who! Thank you all for the work you do.

Completely unaware of some processed re refill. It has been continously delaying my prescription refills with no valid reason. Because of my insurance restrictions I can't switch, suggest to Stay away if you can.

This pharmacy used to be soooooo good! They were so flexible and had various options. I don’t know what changed but it’s so difficult to get a delivery at home anymore. I think someone assumes that because it’s covid and many of us are working from home that we can sign but forget we’re working and at times I cant get the door or put a conference call I’m leading on hold. Sadly I have to switch to Walgreens because at least they are still 24hrs near me and I can go at my convenience.

Terrible service. Had issues getting my prescription that went on for weeks. They will charge you for a shipment and never ship out medication till you call a few times.

As someone that has suffered from IGG immune deficiency I have dealt with many Pharmacy providers over the years, but I have never encountered the level of incompetence that I have had to put up with this provider: Every shipment there at least 4 items missing or more, and if it was not because I have some items left from my previous providers I could not do my infusing that has to happen every week! We are talking about my upper respiratory immune system not about pimples here, and this people cannot even send an EpiPen with ice to Arizona! Twice so it is bad even when I have asked to please and we confirmed with their Pharmacists that yes the EpiPen cannot be over 86 degrees and needs to be shipped with Ice!! It is an ordeal to have to inject yourself every single week, but then to not have what you need to do it with, and have to expend an hour or longer in the phone every week arguing to get what you need and then make sure you are home not just for one delivery but for two is just too stressful: This people are incompetent however, there the only one approved by my insurance SO I AM TRAPPED how is this fair??
