Friendly staff but the store us always dirty and there are a lot of loiters outside. Feels like a sketchy area because of all that. Plus, lines to pharmacy take forever. They also don't answer the phone.

The pharmacist at this location on 9/20/2022 was completely rude, and unprofessional in every way. I had a prescription that was not completely filled but the pharmacist decided I was unable to fill the remainder and decided that he would not even look at my account to check for the current prescription. He told me over the phone " I will not check the prescription, I know what it is", he then proceeded to brush it off onto my provider, even though they had verified the correct information. It is completely unacceptable for a pharmacist to treat a customer this way and withhold the remaining medication. It's very important for these prescriptions to be filled and he just told me to F-Off. I have been a customer at this location for years and have never been met with such hostility and laziness. I hope one day he sees what it feels like to be on the other side of the counter when an incompetent individual decides they are above you and will not help, even when it is their only job. Just a horrible human being in a otherwise okay place.

Once again- I've braved the airport/travel, and I'm sick. Body aches, chills- overall just icky. Surprise surprise my thermometer battery is dead. So I roll on over to CVS to get a replacement battery. Battery display didn't have the size, so I ended up buying a brand new thermometer.Clerk at check out clearly did not want to be there by her interaction as well as hearing the phone ringing non stop and not answering. Long story short- it's a hit or Miss location, and customer service was definitely missing.

They have a women at this location that thinks she is speaking English but I can't under stand her. One simple question, do you do in store covid testing? She never did give me the answer. If CVS is going to hire foreigners to answer the phone, at least make sure they speak the local lingo.

I had scheduled a COVID test and waited for over 25 minutes in the one car line( one car ahead of me). Never accomplished. Went inside and they said they were missing that persons information and entering it. Dont go there for your test, they seem very disorganized.

The place is good. Close by my apt and meds are always ready on time and sometimes early.

CVS on busy Thomas Ave. corridor. I was looking for a Moneygram machine. I asked the clerk if they had one several times and he wouldn't answer a simple question. Finally he seemed to imply they didn't have one. The store was clean and well stocked but I grade them a D on communication skills and unkempt appearance of employee.

Im huge lover of CVS. I've always enjoyed going there, I have a strange addiction to shopping at the store... Until yesterday.Yesterday was the rudest, Almost intentionally belittling interaction I've had with the customer service agent probably, & this may sound dramatic, but in my life. From the moment I walked up to the register I can tilt the transaction was going to be a difficult one. She may no effort to welcome me to the store she made zero Eye contact with me probably because I was making a return. (On top of a New transaction.) She did the transaction separately, which confused me because I figured it could've been done in one. But I digress because I don't know your policy front to back. The first return were razors. the CVS brand box says they were made to fit Shiek fusion. DONT NOT BUY, THEY DONT. I asked for them to be returned she says I can only get a gift card I ask why she says that's just their policy. I have my visa I paid for the product with, and I can't have my money back in the form I paid with. Ok. the second transaction was African black soap something that my man bought me that was incorrect. I said fine put on the gift card it's no big deal. At this point another associate comes out of nowhere, an older lady with gray hair, interjects her self into our conversation and says "I won't be getting a gift card or a refund because He paid with an American Express and I didn't have it with me. I explained to her it was la gift card. She tells me "American Express does not make gift cards." This entire time they're huffing and puffing, and whispering exasperated that I am wasting their time and asking for them to do their job. I told her I don't have the American Express gift card it was used fully and I threw it away. Again she says, "well I don't find that to be true anyway, because they don't make gift cards." I said," you know, if you didn't wanna work in customer service, you shouldn't have taken this job. You both have been the rudest, Most egregious ladies I have ever had the unfortunate experience of dealing with." My CVS customer care card ends worth 7932. Whoever reads this please, check and see how much we spend in your store on a regular basis. This will never happen again because of the transaction that happened yesterday. Lorenza and the older lady that interjected herself into our conversation, has lost your store a good customer because they have poor customer service skills. Also, can I put out I received a gift card for the first transaction no problem, Even though i didn't complain that I wasn't refunded in the same tinder that I paid in, and was given a gift card. The second statement I want to say is I shouldnt Be penalized and treated shabbily, because of her ignorance on who or what company makes gift cards. I'm sorry to to say this about CVS, because I really did like your store.
