Compared to other local Pharmacies, the staff here lacked professionalism and plan rude.\\n\\nWhile waiting in the chairs, Diana (pharmacist) from behind the counter shouted \\\"Do you have insurance?\\\".. why not call me over to speak privately? I had to ask about side effects and the worker w/ the forearm tat of a tree branch w/ flowers made it seem like a chore for him to get the answer.\\n\\nDon't go here. It's a dehumanizing experience - Walgreens on Central\\u0026Osborn is the way to go.

I do not wish to give any stars about this pharmacy. I was treated so rudely by someone who answered the phone named JC and had to ask for a pharmacist. When someone is a position where they are dying and need their medication to just stay alive as long as possible it is unthinkable to be treated the way I was by this person named JC. However the pharmacist named RAM Was able to try to help me and I am at least grateful for that. CVS definitely needs to do better because at the end of the day all of sick people are the ones that are paying their salary

I've never been treated so respectfully and with such kindness at a pharmacy! Tom is the manager at this CVS at 711 E. Indian School Road in Phoenix, AZ. We are new to the area and Tom couldn't have been nicer and more welcoming. He helped us with using our coupons, gave us directions to our next couple errands, and even took the time to get to know us. Every pharmacy should have this level of care!

Desperate for a particular item I asked right away-- WHERE CANN-I FIND A LINT ROLLER-- immediately the clerk from behind the counter, Sergio, kindly pointed to where they "should be if we have any left". He did not lead me astray, because the the lint roller area was bone dry... it appeared I had failed my mission. When Tom came up the isle I was wandering sadly and said " Hello miss have you been finding everything you need alright ?" I remark "NO, not at all. "He said "one moment and I'll help you find what you need" I repotted my grieveance and he looked to where I was first directed and found one of the last refills... when AS A TEAM, which is a beautiful thing for someone in hospitality to see in action, they worked together with their individual knowledge and Tom came back quickly from a section that also stocks lint rollers and VOILA. I have what I need and they earned this review. Thanks CVS

Juan was very helpful. The self check would not take my dollar bills and he cheerfully came over and helped me. I realized that he had been doing that with each customer. So glad they have not fired their helpful staff now that they have installed self check outs. If i didnt want to interact with people I would have made my purchases online. Thanks again Juan for making my shopping great.

We spent $287 there, which consisted of many items. The two people that "worked there" sat there and watched us run manually ourselves all of the items through the scanner. Both lines were closed so the 2 employees were standing there helping anybody check out. They just watched us. Literally sat there four feet behind us, both of them, and watched us. We didn't have enough room on the little stand. We had more products than the little table edge provided to bag it, and so things fell off. They still stood there and just watched! Finally, when we were almost done, one employee came over with a card and ran the card I guess to put the approval through. That's all he did. We were trying to scan a 24 bottle case of water, which had about four different barcodes, until we finally figured out the right one. The point is, CVS has single handedly redefined the word lazy. Two people sitting there getting paid God knows how much money to do absolutely nothing but monitor the customers attempting to buy their product. I can't believe I'm actually reviewing a CVS, but this was so absurd and ridiculous I felt compelled to do so. Hopefully CVS wakes up and actually allows their "humans" to "work" again for the money that they are receiving!

Pharmacy only gets a 1 star because negative stars wasn’t an option. Don’t bother trying to call. You’ll just be on hold until they eventually disconnect the call. Each tech will tell you something different. They’ve had my prescription for 48 hours now and still “processing”. What if this was an urgent medication? Worst experience ever. Once I (finally) get this filled I will 100% be transferring to Walgreens. In the last 2 days I’ve spent almost 2 hours trying to call, and 45 minutes in the drive-thru line just to get information on when my scrip would be filled. Still isn’t.

Transferring to Walgreens. Prescriptions are extremely slow, constantly late, taking days to fill for simple rxs - not sure what the issue is, but I've never to a pharmacy so inept in the one thing that it does.

They won’t let the public use the bathroom this is illegal btw Arizona requires a place that sells food and drink to have a bathroom for customers

Literally the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. It's been a 5 day ordeal trying to get one Rx filled. Today, my Dr called -- again -- and the pharmacist finally filled the med but then so called 90 minutes later for an update (giving them plenty of time to fill) and he said someone else came it wanting it so he unpackaged mine and gave it to them and won't have any more until next Tuesday. I've literally never experiences such incompetence.

DO NOT GET PRESCRIPTIONS Here - this pharmacy will have blood on its hands!! They recently lost all their pharmacists (a seemingly common problem with cvs right now - they likely treat their employees like shit) and DID NOT NOTIFY ANY OF THEIR PATIENTS!!! I had a prescription that was not getting filled and saw my friend post that the pharmacy was closed. Now I have been through hell getting my prescription transferred, and told to call the corporate line. The corporate line says they will call me back.... We will see if that happens. In the meantime, I had my doctor send in a new prescription and the system has lost my previous refill request and now says I cannot get a refill on my important medication until February 15th.This is absolutely unacceptable and dangerous. If someone with a life threatening illness gets caught up in this despicable lack of regard for human lives, they could DIE. Absolutely insane this this is happening.

License to dispense prescriptions should be revoked. Clearly the management doesn't give a crap about their customers. Takes weeks if not months to get a prescription filled...pharmacy is closed without notice during published hours of operation, never the same pharmacist...the list goes on.

What happened to this pharmacy????? If you want it filled, on time, not lost and open past 5:59p - Don't go here. All the recent reviews are 100% FACTS.

This place will not answer your call, I have been on hold for an hour and a half, they still haven't answered. This is not the first time either... every fricking time takes a minimum of 30 minutes to speak to someone... anyone.

Don't go there for prescriptions or any CVS. This is my second CVS (16th & Camelback was the other). If you don't call to follow up on a refill after submitting on line through their automated phone system, you'll never get them. Then expect to wait on hold for 15 minutes before they pick up. This hasn't been just one time but a regular occurrence. I've submitted my feedback via surveys but doesn't seem to do anygood. I'm transferring my refills to Frys or some other pharmacy. Enough is enough
