When Kroger and Express Scripts could not reach a new contract agreement in 2023, I moved all my prescriptions to CVS at this location. I try to keep the refill dates on most prescriptions close together so I can pick my prescriptions up at the same time and avoid extra trips to the pharmacy. It only took a few months in 2023 for this CVS to change my refill dates so they were scattered throughout the month causing many more trips to the pharmacy. They did this by refilling some prescriptions as early as possible and delaying refills on other prescriptions.Another unpleasant surprise was when a couple of my prescriptions that had always been on auto-refill suddenly weren't. I suppose this was my fault for not watching closely enough. However it would have been nice if they had let me know that these medications were no longer on auto-refill so I could have gotten new prescriptions from my doctor instead of running out of these medications.I am giving this CVS 2 stars because the staff were always friendly and polite. They didn't always know the answers to questions I had about how to get my refills at the same time but at least they smiled when they told me they didn't have answers for my questions.I have switched pharmacies again in 2024 and discovered that my co-pay is much less than I was paying CVS for the same medications.

I've been using this CVS for YEARS for a variety of different things. Everytime, Krista, the main pharmacist, is such a sweetheart and works hard to make sure that your prescription is correct. One time she recommended a cheaper alternative and saved me nearly $300!! Thank you!

Wow- are they overworked or just rude for the fun of it? Unfortunate phone experience convinced me to never trust them with my prescriptions - maybe target should rethink this partnership.

Switched my prescriptions from Walgreens years ago because the service at Walgreens went downhill, customer service and pharmaceutical attention to detail. It was scary. This pharmacy is the complete opposite. The staff is super helpful, I get text messages when I have refills and if I haven’t picked them up in a few days the staff will call to remind me, pharmacist is very knowledgeable about the prescriptions I need, they stay on top of refill renewals with my doctors office. It was a seamless transition when CVS took over a few years ago. It’s the only pharmacy I trust.

COVID-19 Booster shot scheduled for 12/14/21 at 10:00am. I arrived timely and CVS location is out of the vaccine. The employee claimed she called my cell phone 3 times to advise of the cancellation. I did not have any missed calls or voicemail. I verified the phone number on file was accurate. CVS sent a cancellation email on 12/15/21, a day after the appointment.

The pharmacy technician, Mary, was very rude and uncaring. She also made me wait for a long time for no expressed reason. I will not use this pharmacy again, and I transferred my existing prescription to Walgreens.

This is a genuine illustration of a local pharmacy. The Pharmacist is astounding. She exceeds everyone's expectations and causes you to feel like you are the main individual on the planet. He sets aside the effort to converse with you and help you with whatever you really want.

This is the slowest pharmacy I've ever dealt with. They always seem understaffed ... and don't even bother trying to reach them by phone. You will be on hold for hours.

This store is not good with people. Denies coupons, denies prices that store advertises. They will not honor coupons in mail.

I walked in around 7pm to receive a moneygram which all CVS offer. There was no clerk on the sales floor and finally shouted to the backroom so she would get on the floor. She tells me they have no cash for me to pick up my moneygram. This is the 3rd CVS to renege on providing this service which is supposed to be available during all business hours.
