I gave my insurance card to the employee. The RX information is on the back of the card with very specific instructions. The clerk kept putting in the information from the front of the card, which is, for my medical insurance, not my rx insurance. 2 days and 6 arguments, my insurance company had to call the pharmacist and put him on hold and ask him to read the information off the back of the card and when he read it, the woman said, what is the problem? When they realized that they were at fault the pharmacist, the clerks, everybody was at fault.Do you know what they said to me?They said, oh well, it's okay now.Is that your form of an apology?When you had a fifty nine year old woman with copd could not have her inhaler 42 whole days because you don't know the difference between the front and the back of an insurance card, I hate cvs.And I swear to god if I could give you less than zero I would

This is the best CVS pharmacy I have ever been to. They are never that busy, the staff are so efficient and so friendly and kind. I used to dread going to pharmacies but I love this place.

Hands down the BEST CVS in the area!!!! The staff and Pharmacists are so knowledgeable and helpful. It is worth having to go into Target vs drive though. Target has minimal meaning to me and I love convenience but this CVS is worth it!!
