Well this complaint is directed completely at the pharmacy. When there is an abnormal situation that takes place that causes the system to go down it exposes how incompetent you are to do the job that you were hired to do. When you don't have a back up standard operating procedures in place to release a prescription it shows how inefficient you really are. It is not right to penalize the customer for your problems when we took time out of our day to pick up the prescription that you rightfully have in your possession, then to make matters worse that your automatically forcing us to come back 2 hours latter after your lunch. The computer system only takes 7 mins max to reboot which I was willing to wait but the bad course of action was taken here by the counter tech and the pharmacist. It is strongly recommended that you review policy and make updates to accommodate customers during all types of situations instead of being 100% reliant on the computer. Just think how did they do it in the 80 before computers... ON PAPER!

The pharmacy techs are really rude mostly all of them! Customer service is severly lacking but, the pharmacist is nice. If it wasn't close to my house I would not be going there! Today a Muslim girl gave me my medication but, she was rude just left didn't tell me she was going to get the pharmacist until I was just left standing there over 5 mins no have a nice day or anything and barely greeted me. Horrible pharmacy workers..

VERY DISRESPECTFUL PEOPLE!!! I work with door dash and I was supposed to do an order. I get there 30mins before closing and they had both doors locked, saw me and wouldn’t talk to me. I keep trying to get there attention to let them know I’m with door dash and they kept shaking there heads no. So security came and I told him with door dash and still wouldn’t let me in. I had to wait 30 minutes till workers came out and said that they closed 30 minutes early. And I was try to explain I need proof they closed early. Because on the door dash I will get a violation.

Closes early despite the posted hours being open till midnight. Arrive at 11:40 p.m. and get told they close at 11:30 p.m. which is a lie as the employee stood right next to sign that says close at midnight what a joke

Yes, this is definitely the MOST HORRIBLE BUSINESS I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH IN MY LIFE!!! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, RUDE DRIVE THRU PEOPLE, THEY SHOUT TO EACH OTHER ABOUT HOW THEY HATE THEIR JOBS, NO RESPECT FOR ANYONE, NO PROFESSIONALISM. MONKEYS RUNNING THE ZOO. TOTAL CHAOS ALL THE TIME!!! IT SUCKS SO BAD IT BLOWS. DONT GO THERE. PERIOD.

This is the worst CVS I have ever been to. They always pass on blame when they aren’t doing their job. Almost never have meds in stock even for autofills. If you actually want your meds filled you should go anywhere else.

I am actually really surprised to see such a poor rating for this location. I would've given 4* due to a slightly lackluster makeup selection but they deserve the extra star to make up for some of the inaccurate 1 stars.
They are one of the few still open past like, 9pm. Also, they may not have quite as many brands of cosmetics, but they carry other items you won't find at the more beauty dept focused cvs. Finally, it's well organized, clean, and above all the staff are good people Jeremiah, the closer on Thursday when I was there was great, I had issues with my care pass account, then my debit card, then digital wallet🤦🏼♀️ as I was checking out. Oh I should mention I was checking out AT close. Any other location i've been to and in fact, pretty much any other store in the valley would have kicked me out after the second card was rejected and told me to come back tomorrow.
He was very patient, and in fact kept telling me not to apologize, which made me feel a little less mortified/exasperated.(other Businesses with customer facing employees should take some notes here) The way a customer is treated can ruin a great experience and in this case, can save an otherwise not too great one.

I'm not even sure why this CVS is still open. The bus stop in front have all kind of weird ppl hanging out side of the cvs. The drive for the pharmacy is always long, because they are always short staffed. When I say long, be prepared to wait 20 minutes or more. Another thing is they will not have all your meds and wait until you get there to tell you that the don't have one of your medications. It's crazy because they will message you when your prescription is ready. Then because they are short staffed it takes them all day to fill your script.
I dropped the script off at 1030am, got a message at 3 saying they were fill the script. At 6pm I received a message say it was ready for pickup. I got in line at 610 I got to the window at 654pm and that when I was told they only had one prescription and they would send a message when the other medication comes in. When I got to the window, the medication was not resdy, because it had been misplaced. So i had to wait another 10 mins. By the time i was leaving it was 715. Now, the pharmacy techs are always nice and professional.
So if you see along line just drop your script at another cvs.
