This Location hasn't had a working restroom in at least a year. Something needs to be done about this expeditiously. I witnessed an older man about to wet himself because he has to go and there was no available facilities to use

I love this CVS. Prescription was filled immediately and was ready and waiting. after I left my doctors office. The store always has great staff and is clean and well stocked.

Worst CVS store and pharmacy. The layout is weird and not consistent and was hard to find items. Never anyone around to help.
Pharmacy doesn’t consult when there is a new meds and they don’t check anything in terms of meds on order and leave customers in need hanging.
They are too lazy to check with other locations and just reprimand customers on meds *they* never heard of despite them being well known and common because they’re ignorant and suck at their job.
Worse yet, they are damage when it comes to ingredient allergies and have the audacity to fill medication with ingredients they know a patient is allergic to after a long conversation about it. They literally don’t care and are reckless potentially endangering customers.
The epitome of incompetent and lazy. This pharmacy location should be investigated by CVS headquarters. They’re going to kill someone with their negligence. At the very least, they’re inefficient and lackadaisical. Do better or close the pharmacy and fire the inept employees.
Never getting my meds here again.

This CVS was previously a 5 that was until they couldn’t keep the best staff.
Please pull the girl making return calls on voice mails left off of the phone in pharmacy. She is rude. She speaks over you. I asked to have prescriptions delivered and she goes into the” I’ll have to pay for shipping and do so online”
Blah, blah blah and she kept asking if I knew how to add a member to my family on the app. I say yes I have my daughter on my family membership. I’m told I have to do everything online. This command to do all og my pharmacy on line is not acceptable. It would for sure be more pleasant. The rudeness to say “ if I knew how to do it why am I asking.”I said I am asking to find out what I need for the online pet add on my profile and to let her know I am aware already that CVS is not contracted with Cigna and she doesn’t have to tell me how to use the app. I needed specifics. I have CAREPASS -I do not have to pay additional for shipping / delivery. She only stopped badgering about paying the fee and doing all on line until I said the store manager said I didn’t have to pay with already having CAREPASS. So, not only can my daughter and I not get our prescriptions-
The medication my dog is taking for Valley. Fever is one of the prescriptions I was requesting to be delivered because, I am home attached to an IV bag. I shouldn’t have to explain that to the girl on the phone that is telling me to add my Dog as a member to my profile. In a condescending way she asks if I know how to add a member yes. I asked out side of dogs name what else do I need. Well- ya need the date of birth or prescription number. Then this girl in a snarky way said oh well why did you ask I said what other information do I need? Do I need his prescription number she doesn’t answer and then I go to the app after I’ve hung up with this girl and I do indeed need the prescription number and the date of birth to add my dog. Who knows if he’s in the system as an adult or child- I tried both and now I am locked out of adding a member to my profile. This same girl instead of telling my daughter to have walgreens contact for a profile transfer had to go on and on- because she did it w me today about Cigna not being a contracted vendor. Yes- we know what that means. I worked for CIGNA and within insurance for my 3/4 of my career. Please pull this person off the phone.
I miss Brittany. I miss the previous pharmacists knowledge of specialty and general “awareness.” The only one at this CVS location running the show is Carissa. Hannah is a wonderful pharmacist - helpful and very knowledgeable on prescription info. Carissa is the only one that’s knowledgeable with the CVS DOS systems from 1981. So- my daughter and I can apparently not get our scripts filled and delivered because, ya call and are placed on hold and hung up on. Did I mention I was on hold for 25 min- 10 the first time when I was hung up on and 15 min. - call never answered.
If anyone working at CVS can hear me- I need my dog’s date of birth and prescription number.
I need my prescriptions delivered. I know how to use the app. The app. Is crap too. We know how to as an alternative pharmacy & request a profile transfer. Please 🙏 for the love of God- 🛑 listen and turn off the bot mode.

I went to Pick up a prescription that I now have to get at the pharmacy every month instead of getting my usual 90 supply thru CVS CAREMARK …but ok I will go to the store every month but when I went I stood at the drop off window however no one was paying attention to the window as they had so many prescription bags piled up they could not see me….after standing there for about 3 or 4 minutes I moved over to the drop off window where I was visible…Debbie the pharmacy tech came over to wait on me and I told her I needed to get my monthly prescription filled…she rudely said “ you need to be at the drop off window”. …I said I was there but no
One saw me….she said nothing….when I came back after lunch to pick it up I was by the pick up window but I was early ( she told me 2:30 and was there at 2:18 so I kind of loitered around) Debbie saw me and asked if I needed help and I said I was there to pick up a prescription..she again rudely said….you need to be at the pick up window…I told her I was early so I didn’t want to bother them yet but again nothing from Debbie…a better way to handle that would have to just said….oh come on down to drop off window or pick up window….not make me feel like an idiot for standing at the “wrong window”…. She tried to save herself I think at the end by saying have a nice day and smiling but it was too late….i know guests can be irritating sometimes but there are ways to say things without the attitude…just an fyi I taught customer service classes for 30 years and if I didn’t have to get my prescriptions filled I would not go there…..I guess they know we have no choice … ( the other pharmacist or tech I went to last month was amazing ( blond lady) but Debbie needs to pay attention to how she says things….it takes just as much time to be nice as it does to be rude..

The pharmacy can’t be bothered to answer its phone. They say they will call you back and when they do, you only hear a clicking on the line. I waited for a minute but to no avail. I thought someone might call me back since I can’t get through to them, but no one did. I was calling to see if a new prescription that had been called in was ready. I have an infection and needed it the same day. The pharmacy is not close to my house, but my insurance says I have to go to CVS. Is this really the way we run medicine in this Country? The US does not have the best healthcare system in the world, it has the most expensive and cumbersome.

I recently picked up an rX at my CVS and instead of the usual 90 pills I received 31 I brought this to the attention of pharmacist working abd she told me it wad to have all my rxs renew at same time so as not to come into store often. My issue is that I reached a maximum and Medicare was picking up the total cost of the rx. Since this was December, if I had to get more pills in January the rx wouldn't be covered as it's start of new year. Bingo! Sure enough I went back and girl working cashier wanted to charge me 80 dollars for the rx. I explained situation to no avail and will be going back to talk with pharmacist when she is working. I'm disgusted and feel this was a scam so they'd get more money from me.

Good place to go for some quick first aid provisions. Pretty easy to find stuff. Sometimes the store personnel don't seem too friendly but the pharmacy staff is always friendly and helpful.

Last Wednesday I was diagnosed with Covid and had a pretty severe case and was prescribed Paxlovid and another new medication I asked for a consult with a pharmacist and all she did was come over punching in a number and say you good I said I guess. little did I know that my urologist gave me a new Prostate medicine 7 days earlier filled at the same pharmacy CVS at Shea and Tatum. This medicine is called ALFUZOSIN Hcl. That evening after taking my first dose of the Covid medicine within 4 hours my blood pressure dropped at 80 over 38 and passed out my wife was able to revive me and pump me full of steroids and sodium to get my blood pressure back up.I proceeded to call CVS corporate expecting them to take it more serious than they have basically all I got oh sir I'm sorry that happened. Today I went into the pharmacy for another batch of covid medicine for my wife told them of the situation and once again I am told is oh I'm sorry. The moral of the story is you have to be smarter than these young medical professionals that are either not trained or just don't care. This could have cost me my life. I am a project manager by trade, and I must project managing all my medical staff because of the countless mistakes at multiple facilities.
