The supervisor at this pharmacy is shockingly rude and devoid of basic customer service skills. As an out-of-town visitor, I transferred my prescription to this location and simply needed to check on its status. When I asked, she had a condescending tone, informing me they’re a “telepharmacy” and that I needed to wait for a text message—as if I should already be familiar with the nuances of their different pharmacy types. Despite this, she agreed to check.
She asked for my date of birth, then my name. I provided my first name (which is usually enough for the pharmacist to find me), and without taking the logical next step of checking for my full name, she dramatically declared she had no record of me in the system “at all” and outright suggested I was at the wrong pharmacy. This led to an absurd back-and-forth where I had to prove I was, in fact, at the correct location—according to both my CVS app and a voicemail I had received earlier that day. She then dismissed the voicemail as a “robot call” and insisted they don’t do phone calls. I had to play the message, which was clearly from a human, and she just threw her hands in the air.
Despite all of this, the most baffling part was her attitude. When she finally did locate my prescription (after I suggested she search by my last name—something she should have done in the first place), she actually had the audacity to scold me for not giving “all of the information.” Her words: “You’re coming to ME, YOU need to provide the information. It’s not my job to ask for your full name.” Excuse me? It is absolutely her job to ask for the information she needs, and certainly before arguing with a customer that they’re at the wrong location. Any competent person would know that if an initial search doesn’t yield results, the next step is to check for alternative details—such as, oh I don’t know, my last name?
To top it all off, after all this unnecessary attitude and confusion, she informed me my prescription was not ready—despite a voicemail six hours earlier saying it would be ready. Because this is a “telepharmacy,” she claimed to have no estimate or additional information for me. I left, and received the text message that it was ready 20 minutes later.
This entire experience was completely avoidable, riddled with unprofessionalism, and not at all what I expect from CVS.

The pharmacy procedure is ridiculous I came to pick up meds for multiple people and they would not give me the meds unless I downloaded a stupid barcode which means I had to make an account via their website. One of the persons matched it was not ready, but they've been calling all week saying that the Meds We're ready and they say they only hold on for 13 days. And it's been less than 13 days since they calied Then when I ask them can they fill them since they put them back And ask them how long it would take. They couldn't tell me that I have to wait until I get a text message with the barcode. Letting me know they're ready to be picked up. So I will be having everybody's medicine transfed to a different pharmacy. Because it's just too much trying to get medicines. So
If you're not text, savvy Or wanna be able to just come in give your name date of birth and get your meds and be on your way. Then. I suggest this pharmacy is not for you

They texted me to tell me that my prescription was ready and to pick it up and then when I got there, it wasn’t ready and it was not ready to get picked up and they told me to contact another pharmacy in order to do their job

I had a very bad experience today with a pharmacy clerk. I requested my doctor to send my prescription to the downtown location since I was in the area, and the attention started yelling at me since I did not have a bar code. I tried to explain to her that I am not familiar with what she was requesting for and she maintained her rude attitude. There were people behind me listening to the way that she was speaking to me, and I apologized and said that I will not return to that location. Her response was, "That's your choice sir". This behavior is unacceptable!!!

I frequent this CVS 1-2 times a week, and it consistently meets my needs. The store is well-stocked with a wide range of health and personal care products. The staff are friendly and efficient, making my shopping experience smooth and hassle-free. Overall, I'm very satisfied with this location and have no complaints.

It looks small from the outside and when you first walk in, but they actually are decently sized, as most of the aisles are tucked in behind. Everything was well-stocked, including their vitamins and medicines. They have a nice assortment of beverages and packaged dry goods too. Overall, pretty clean. The best part though are their snacks. I saw snacks here that I haven't seen elsewhere including some more "upscale" snacks like healthier mini bags of popcorn, etc. Checkout was a breeze; I like how they have multiple self checkouts.
The entrance is an accessible set of big automatic sliding doors, and there is accessible parking too at the Cityscape garage- and there's an elevator/escalator that takes you right up here.

I am a Dasher/Instacart driver and had the worst experience here. The employees were not helpful and were very rude and condescending. Will be reporting to corporate

Their moneygram machine is broken and the cashier told me its been broken for months, so clearly managment knows about it, but doesn't want to do anything about it
