The front desk girl was rude didn’t give me a chance to speak about my order and was super unprofessional I told her my info she says nothing is there then she pronounces my last name incorrectly then giggles when I tell her how to spell my last name then she looks to her coworker and giggles I tell her she’s looking up the wrong info since it’s an inhaler for my pet she literally looked up nothing then I tell her that it should be a fax she refuses to do anything else besides look on her computer and quite literally says “yeah I don’t see anything sorry” 🤷 the giggling was just super unprofessional idk what I deserved to be made fun of I just wanted the meds dude

Trash! Just trash! The pharmacy no longer answers the phone! Not just this location, but all CVS pharmacy’s. You are supposed to leave a message and of course, they don’t call you back. I will be taking my business elsewhere because I doubt CVS will stay in business when they avoid talking to their customers who have questions about their prescriptions!

They never seem to be able to find your prescription after they text you and say it is ready. Asked if they ran it through my insurance and was told that it would take another 10 minutes after waiting 10 minutes for them to just find it. They need better trained staff.

I have been going to the CVS on Anthem Way since it's inception many years ago. The best pharmacists and pharmacy staff anywhere!! They are the best in west! They work hard and fast in providing a great service for all our health and medical needs and with beautiful and great smiles. Very nice folks??

The worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with, continually out of stock, poor customer service and just downright dishonest. I will pay for medication and send to insurance for reimbursement before I allow them to make another dime off me.11/10 still the worst11/11 still the worst

Pharmacy staff blows. I'm going to drive the extra 4ish miles (even though gas is crazy expensive) to Walgreens. The pharmacy staff at Walgreens stays there for their for their whole shift,as they should. I'll have new ins soon.
I arrived at CVS at 7:54pm on sat. Drive thru closed. Ran inside. Pharm CLOSED. SUPPOSED TO BE OPEN TIL 8PM!
STICK AROUND FOR YOUR SHIFT CVS PHARMACY staff!
I'd usually be there earlier... I'd been with my gma in hospice... I NEEDED my hydrocortisone. I'll miss a dose or 2...Or a few. I had a discount through a free good Rx deal that expired tonight..my insurance ended 2 weeks ago. Trying to save money..
Ruined my night... probably my next few days
