Open Christmas Day wow and thank you kylia you were awesome kind gracious and absolutely beautiful thank you so much for working on Christmas day so that all of us have the opportunity to get some last needs and a smile wow CVS you just got on my list of places I will now shop I am now impressed thank you Christmas Day OMG by the way I came for the most obscure thing ever this place is across the street from a Fry's of course it's Christmas day so Fry's is closed at 1:30 in the afternoon I needed real maple syrup for this brunch with me and my son I have absolutely everything in the world in my house except for maple syrup holy moly they had organic maple syrup and for an amazing price blow my mind put a smile on my face and a kind-hearted person behind the counter wow what a cool day couldn't have even imagined thanks so much CVS

This pharmacy is completely disorganized. When I pick up my wife's Rxs they usually struggle to find them all... they'll have them in different boxes in different parts of the store. It looks like a system issue because when they look in the system they'll see some of them but not all, then after much searching in the system they'll spot the others. This is common. Why can't they see them all in one screen? Why the struggle to find them? Then on 3/06 my Dr. sent over a new Rx. I called CVS on 3/07 and was told they didnt have it. They checked again and confirmed they didnt have it. Then 5 mins later while on the phone with my doctor confirming they sent it to CVS, I get a text from CVS that my Rx was ready. So once again, a miss on the part of CVS. They told me twice they didnt have it then they found it 5 mins later. So not only do they struggle to find filled prescriptions at pickup time, they also miss unfilled prescriptions in their system. Get organized!
Update Nov 2025... Went in for a vaccine. This location had the most disgusting patient shot area I've ever seen. Trash on the floor, an open bag of cotton balls on the table with someone's hair in the bag, and the table was filthy. I walked out. If the front is that bad, who knows how bad it is in back where they are prepping the vaccines. I'll be passing on this location.

My prescription has been ready for two days and nobody could bother to let me know. Had to call and deal with the hellish recorded menu because god forbid the pharmacists actually speak to us. I’ve had so many issues with this CVS over the years and I’m actually done with it. Would not recommend

Had a wonderful experience today at CVS. Kylea was so helpful as she assisted with finding various OTC items on my list and explaining / listening as I attempted to figure out insurance procedures. It's so very nice to see young people not only doing their job but sincerely enjoying customer service work! Thanks Kylea for being the highlight of my day🤩

Can never get ahold of anyone, always asking to leave a voice mail and they will get back to you, l don't have the time to wait for them until they feel like responding, I need information about my medication for my new Dr, why are they even there if they can't answer the phone anymore so much bullshit, I'm changing my shit to Costco at least they answer your call..

Very poor customer service. I am on a medication that I will have to take for the rest of my life. I ALWAYS order a 90 day supply because it is $9.99 that way. Even though they see that all I ever order is a 90 day supply, this store will contact my doctor to request a 30 day supply, which costs me $10.00 - 3 times the amount of the 90 day supply.
They refuse to resolve the issue.
Clearly it's all about money with them.
Very Disappointing..

Today around 4-5 pm on Sunday August 31 I had the worst time trying to get a hold of a person at the pharmacy because I had an emergency situation with another pharmacy not communicating so needed meds before Labor Day and the guy working hung up on me because he thought it was appropriate to mention he didn’t feel like doing his job consistently enough to make sure I got medications and to feel safe and valued as a CVS customer who pays. He just had to wait on the phone to get ahold of another pharmacy and whined about having to do it. Sorry it’s your job? I said I needed help and was having trouble navigating the situation and he just sighed and hung up on me. What is that? It was so awkward and rude and very unfriendly. This is unacceptable and he should be talked to and given consequences. Horrible and uncomfortable service. I’m also a new customer to the pharmacy and not really wanting to stay with you guys because of the experience. Will be contacting CVS corporate or above about this.

Horrible service from the manager Iztal. Preferred to take out the trash before helping me. She was rude and disrespectful. Don't come here at night as customer service is horrible 😑

I was shopping at this CVS when one of the workers was trying to fight a customer who was checking out then I guess her boyfriend came in and kept telling him to come outside this customer didn’t even say anything. Then as the customer was talking with the manager the employee went outside to get her boyfriend again.
Very weird experience. Definitely would not recommend coming here.

Friendly employess but our (plural and multiple) medications that do not change and are refilled at the same time every month are rarely in stock. I make quite a few extra trips waiting on them. Its too hot for me outside.
