I'm a bus driver I drive a route 50 which goes to 107th Ave. and Camelback for the most part. This is a great store but one night I went in there had to go to the bathroom really bad. It was about 15 minutes before closing time, I asked this manager can I go to the bathroom she told me no I asked her even though I'm the bus driver I can't go to the bathroom she like no I'm like all the other managers allow us to go to the bathroom. She said I'm glad. Thank you for telling me Because I'm the manager in charge and I will be getting on them to me. She just wanted to throw her authority around never had any problems otherwise but just one Manager she's a young black lady was very nasty I mean very very nasty and you know us bus drivers doesn't get to go to the bathroom that often so we gotta go we have to go there's not very many places that Will and Ken allows to get to the bathroom timely matter so that night at Cvs I really had to go say no and you're not going at all. Don't care how bad you gotta go or anything you're not going to our bathroom and I'm gonna make sure other managers don't allow bus drivers to go to the bathroom after the pharmacy closes

I went in the beginning of January 2024 wanting to transfer my prescriptions ( took all my prescriptions in original containers so the clerk couldcopy info ) at the end of January I requested my prescriptions refilled they filled 3 and the most important my insulin was not included they said they had no info for insulin. Clerk said she would put a request for transfer ? I had already done that anyway wait another 72 hours she said I d I called after time alloted again clerk had NO INFO !!! ITS not been an easy transition don't know if I'll stay with them it was honestly clerks error yet not once was I told I'm sorry for the confusion instead I got attitude and arrogance would I recommend them absolutely not

Having to schedule my day around your pharmacy's hours is frustrating and not at all convenient. I was ASKED when I wanted to pickup my prescription. I replied ASAP. I was told that it would be ready for pickup in 30 minutes. Sounded great. Go to pock it up...awww....the ENTIRE pharmacy is closed for lunch...would've been nice to know that 30 minutes does NOT include the entire department closing for lunch. Employees need breaks. But don't tell customers that something will be ready for pickup and NOT be open. Our time is just as valuable. Now I have to make ANOTHER trip burning more fuel which also isn't cheap. What happened to customer service? You make us beg just to get things from shelves that are locked in stores that have empty shelves and inconvenient hours of operation.

Get same prescription there every ki th liek clockwork and they didn't bother to keep it in stock so I have to search frantically to find it we elsewhere at last minute.

Lady working the pharmacy 12/5/23 @ 4:51 answering phone calls absolutely no help. She had an attitude from the start of the phone call for someone dealing with customers she had such a nasty personality/demeanor. Everyone I spoke to prior to her was fantastic but I’m assuming not everyone wants to do their job so after that definitely took my business elsewhere.

This is the only business place at this intersection as of 9/2023, but looks like some construction in the back. This place, for most of the day, is literally empty, so you get your items checked out faster since there is no line and your medication takes less time to refill. This CVS store is always clean and very organize. Most of the employees do help you out, while others are there just for the paycheck. The pharmacy is probably the only one that I've had issues too many times when picking up medication or ordering refills. I'm still happy there's a store with a pharmacy close by this neighborhood.

All I needed was some false eyelashes and I knew I would have to ask a worker for help with that since they usually behind some kind of lock. I saw only one worker standing around, no name tag, LV headband, blackish/blonde braids, and as soon as I made eye contact with her she started walking away. Of course I followed her because I need these for work so I stopped her and politely asked her if she could unlock the lashes for me. She said nothing and walked away, I assumed she went to grab the keys so I walked back to the lashes and waited. She came back with a stinky face and attitude. She unlocked them and yanked them from the shelf and handed them to me without saying a word and walked away. I still said thanks. I normally don't have bad experiences at this CVS but this was very disappointing, the least she could've said was you're welcome but I got absolutely nothing from this girl. I hope she's okay. 1 star for today.

Tori and Badi are the best!!! Helped me beyond when make sure I was able to get meds after surgery and super kind, and they are the the quickest way filling orders

95% of the time there are long waiting times to be checked out just to purchase 1 item. This is a drug store not a grocery store.

I love cvs 107th Ave the store is always clean the workers are always polite the experience is always pleasant Jerry is really good at helping customers and so is ashleia.

Horrible customer service from a older white male. Just because your having a bad day doesn't mean you need to take it out on everyone. Seems like this locations employees are always disrespectful.

At my CVS, everyone smiles and welcomes me. They’re always ready to help. They’re always kind. I drive an extra mile to get what I need at my CVS. The competitors do not offer the same service ethic as CVS! If you need something from a pharmacy, check out CVS! They are great!

3 associates standing there making me ring up my own items after I made it very clear that I don't work there and don't want to ring myself up. They said they don't ring anyone up unless the self check out is full.... but they still had to card me for alcohol. Walmart has better customer service. It's that lazy approach to customer service that I'll remember. Never again

Bought an item that didn't work! Only got a partial return of the original price. Reason they gave for partial refund was because we opened the original box that item was in, how is one to know if it works unless you open and use the item???? I can see if we decided we didn't want it and had opened it! That was not the case in this situation. Will never step inside an CVS store again.

Terrible customer service no many how many times you go there or different clerks. Only self check out while staff just talks and watches. Just google a different location and you will get treated better.
