Very sad visit. I came to get my prescriptions on Wednesday 12/27. Something to note: my illness has left me temporarily mute. So I either have to write or use ASL to communicate. When I came to the pharmacy counter, I was looking to make eye contact and waved my hand to catch someone’s attention. None of the techs came over and instead just stare at me until the tall woman on shift gave me a “what do you want” to which I then pointed to my throat to indicate I was mute and then signed I needed to pick up. She rolled her eyes and another gentleman came over to the counter to help me and wouldn’t read my phone. I showed him my ID to make things smoother and then proceeded to treat me like I was deaf as well and asked in an obnoxious voice “can you understand what I’m saying?” I really hope the staff really get a grip on customer service as I’ve never been treated so poorly in my life for having a disability.

I always have nothing but poor service from this cvs. Would it kill you to answer the phones professionally. When i called the pharmacy today i was greeted with a "YES" and a massive attitude. I cringe getting my husband's meds filled. Thank goodness for 90 day supplies and only have to deal with this 4 times a year

I read the comments on this store and it seems, most people lack basic common sense! These people in the pharmacy are not just rude, they are actually very helpful, if you are rude to people and the pharmacy industry is short staff and under paid and doing multiple task that your doctor should be doing, how could you be upset. Do you really think these people want to make their job harder. If the doctor did not send something how do you think they could make it appear. We complain about waiting in drive thru but yet most of us sit in fast food places longer. If we take the time to go inside or place our lives would be so much easier. We are all convinced that if something doesn’t go our way it’s someone else’s problem but is it really. We as a society need to do better. You go inside your doctors office and wait 2hr but come to a pharmacy and want your stuff right away. The pharmacy staff here are great, just take accountability for your own stuff people.Also they have been doing covid testing since COVID started and they can not control how long a car takes.

There are two ladies in the pharmacy, one of them called Nicole, and I think the other ladies be the pharmaceutical both of those ladies have attitude to me, and the acting in vary bad way by talking or explaining.I don't know why they still working there, with there bad customer service, they don't help at all

unable to get ahold of pharmacy techs as phone telephone prompt states pharmacy is closed during normal business hours (tried calling multiple days at multiple different times). in addition, the pharmacy opens at 9am- waited until 9:45 and pharmacist was still MIA. no one in line was able to pick up their scripts. getting all future medications sent to any other cvs than this one. absolutely awful.

This rating is strictly a reflection of the pharmacy staff. Absolutely unprofessional. Not only did the tech I dealt with yell my PHI across the pharmacy, but then became aggressive with me when I asked not to yell my information and come to the counter so I could tell her the DOB and last name.Once that nightmare was over, the person in charge (big attitude, red scrubs, appears to resent anyone asking her do her job) blatantly lied to me and when I addressed it, she rolled her eyes, yelled over me, and then ripped up my paperwork telling me she was cancelling the medication.I was on the phone with the prescriber and was told to leave.Absolutely terrible pharmacy. Front staff was amazing and so helpful.

Also regarding the Pharmacy staff, I was told that my generic antidepressant was out of stock and no one had it except the Buckeye CVS. When I said "I can't get to Buckeye, does anyone else have it?" they said no it's a shortage and they could put an order in for it from the warehouse and they have 10 people waiting for the prescription also. I then said "so I'm supposed to stop taking the medication" to which she responded that I wasn't "understanding her". I asked the question again and she hung up on me. I got the prescription filled at the first other CVS I called. The fact that I'm already multiple days without the medication (which I stated) is dangerous because it can cause serotonin syndrome, seizures, and death. Moreover, the fact they are willing to tell me and apparently 10 other people that no one has it due to "a shortage" and not even attempt to confirm this information is outright dangerous. I hope this place gets sued due to negligence.

Rude and lazy customer service both employee and manager.Employee told me that they don't offer a service that I've done there plenty of times.I called and ask for manager, she said that they do offer the service.Said the employee should have ask for her.Then they accuse me of cursing at them when I didn't.Then she said I could go somewhere else.Unprofessional!!!

Some of the workers cared about the experience and environment of the customers. If this was the case all of the time, then my satisfaction would be complete. Warrant of service, and keep the best of the best working in pleasantries.

Ruby was very unprofessional. Did not offer any help with adding savings to the CVS card. Won’t go to this location again.

Pharmacy team members are very rude and unprofessional, cooperate needs to clean up that pharmacy with qualified professionals with better customer service.
