They gave me my baby’s medicine with the cap not fully screwed on and it spilled everywhere. The CVS bag was still fully stuck on it from the spilled medication. When I spoke to someone they wanted me to pay more than what I originally had for both this and another prescription.
They offered a discount card, and it was STILL more expensive than the price I had paid the day before when I originally got it.
They claimed they saw footage of them tightening the cap, but obviously, something wasn’t done correctly.

I am an insulin dependent Type 1 diabetic. My doctor prescribes me vials of insulin which require insulin syringes to administer my medication. This pharmacy makes me jump through hoops of fire to buy non-prescription syringes. They are rude. They treat me like I am a junkie off the streets. Every time. My insulin syringes are not legislated as a prescription. But they tell me I MUST have my doctor prescribe them to me. I have never had a pharmacy treat me like this. I often forget to ask my doctor to prescribe them and it is HELL when I do forget. I honestly hate this pharmacy, but they're walking distance from my home which is necessary since I don't drive due to my diabetes. Walmart does not accept my insurance which is devastating after dealing with these people. Go elsewhere if you can!

My son needed an antibiotic ASAP and this was the closest pharmacy that said they were open until 11pm. I get there and there’s a note on the door saying they’re closing at 9pm. Thanks CVS

Always have what I need and great service helpful when I need a moment to get my phone charged, and always allow me to use the public restroom,a lot of businesses don't allow people to use the public restroom due to a lot of homeless in the area, a little bit harsh but I understand that it's their responsibility to make sure bathrooms are not here for illegal activity... but they know whose being responsible and who's not. I never let anyone feel anything but happy so I know you I stay positive. Good vibes and good manners goes a long way unless you choose to be a bit funky.. AcoonaMatata 😂

Worst CVS that I have ever been to.
I waited over 10 minutes for someone to meet me at the locked up deoderant. Instead of coming to help me, the lady at the front keeps helping people up front.
If you are going to have your products locked up, have someone available to open them!!
Went to the pharmacy gals and instead of actually listening to my question, she interrupted me and told me that she will “buzz me in”. Didn’t need the bathroom… needed some damn deoderant. So when I went back to her she said that she would call someone… the same thing I had been doing for 10 minutes. Then I watched another employee casually walk into the back room instead of coming to help me.
I don’t know how you are still in business if you can’t sell over half of your products.

Not very helpful I had to go out of my area and drive 10 miles out. I wanted to send my ups mail. There two girls at the front register just talking and laughing told me they don't take ups mail that says 2 day air. I ask are you sure they said yes. Didnt offered to suggest weres another ups point. Really , Really I went to Indian school 24th st and no hassle their they took my package. They are very nice, and welcoming. They greeted me. When this cvs on 44th didn't even acknowledge me. They were to busy gossiping. Very disappointed didn't show any care rude.

Not one of my usual locations, but clean and organized - like most CVS locations. The lone team member at the main check out, was helpful the previous customer with – who was asking about near-by bank / ATMs. She was patient and helpful but seemed to take great care not to spend too much time so that she could attend to checking-out my purchase. She had a great, genuine demeanor which you don't often see.

I just picked up prescriptions. I was in line behind one person but when I got to the front I had to wait quite a while. Other than that great! My Prescriptions were ready.

Poor customer service. Both the manager and the employee were rushing me out the door before closing time and weren’t willing to help me find what I was looking for.
