Boy cashier wearing glasses was having a full blown conversation on his phone/airpods in his ear while I was standing in front of him to pay. I had no idea who he was talking to until I said excuse me and noticed the AirPod. Very rude.

since when does photos need a photo ID to give an order? Name and last name should be all they need. Guy at cashier was asking dumb questions, just give me my order

The pharmacist needs to be investigated by the FDA every month my wife fills her prescription they are usually out or have half. We have been filling same script for 3 years every month and used this cvs for 15 years. Just last month we fill her script and get 50 of the 120 pills for the refill her excuse whoops!!!! This minth today is the day to refill she says oh i prefer to fill tomorrow after calling yesterday they were full of her meds. Hmmmmmm. Addict tendancies. She should be moved and retrained drug tested and see where it goes.

There was a girl cashier working right now and i saw her spraying the lisol bottle in the store so it can smell good and put it back so we can buy it when she just used it all over the store 😡

I am waiting to be attended at the pharmacy. 3 techs looking at me no other customers yet they don’t even acknowledge me. Terrible service. Is there a way to report to access/ Medicare.

I came to this location to get UTI medication. It had said it was received about a hour ago but when I got there it wasn't ready. They weren't really busy and Kayla was the one helping me. She was very kind and fast and told me she would make the medication and it would be right out. I let her know I had a toddler in the car and she said I could drive around.... The situation was handled. Yet Nazim the manager felt the need to but in. He was very stern and impersonal and left a bad taste in my mouth. He did put in a discount to bring my price down lower then what my discount would've given yet at the same time I feel like it wasn't his position to step in because it wasn't needed. It's as if he just wanted it to be known that he had authority and I didn't like that. He then tells me to come back in 20 minutes even though my medication was already ready by Kayla. I drove around and Claudine helped me check out. I didn't have to wait 20 min so no point in him saying this OR stepping in. As a manager let your employees do their job unless they need help. You stepping in was rude and quite frankly it needed. Thank you Kayla for getting me in and out and thank you Claudine for being very kind.

There security guard greeted me but the cashier didn't. He was the only one working up front and he did have a line, so it wasn't really a biggie. The store was clean and stocked, at least for what I was after. Over all a good visit. ?

Had to switch pharmacies, calls are impossible to connect, items not in stock and having to wait. I couldn’t deal with any longer, and I’ve been with CVS for more than 20 years
